Love this market....veggies, fruits, seafood, meats, eggs, baked goods, and crafts, including coffee and teas. Food trucks too. Although, we often eat the baked goods.

As a bagel purist, I ordered a sesame bagel and cream cheese. Nothing else. I was excited. 1. The line was long but went fast. 2. Wait for my bagel wasn’t bad 3. Ambiance was exactly what a cozy cafe should be. 4. Pricing strategy seemed on point. 5. CC ratio was good-ish. Could use more. Bagel was good, but just a bit TOO chewy. I even asked for it toasted… maybe it was the sesame batch for the day. Who knows. Still recommend trying it out.

This place is a gem! Everything we ate and drank was incredible. Blueberry bagels, bagel sandwiches, coffee, matcha, pretzels…yum! Looking forward to making French toast with the cinnamon brioche we brought home. Even the space is awesome, from the thoughtful decor to New Girl playing on a black and white TV! Love it all!!!

I adore this place. The vibe, the food, the people, the coffee... all of it. I don't get to stop by often, but I try to make it once a month or so to try out all of the new monthly specials. They never disappoint.

The Fathead is amazing for breaking the fast. Chocolate chip bagel, cream cheese, maple syrup, and BACON! Great service and ambience as well. Highly recommend!

Very long wait for a passable bagel. Toasted bagel came out cold. Aren't many good options in Huntsville for bagels so I see why it is busy but did not live up to the hype.

I'm literally still here! My first time! And I had to go ahead and leave a review because omg yum! The q-becoo is soooo good & their grapes were fresh lol. I know. Weird to comment on the grapes. But they were! Grape quality is important.😂 anyways the coffee is good too and I like the atmosphere. One of the better coffee shops in HSV. ❤️

One of the first places I was told to go when I moved to Huntsville, and has easily become one of my absolute favorite places here. Such a comforting place with both decor + food. Parking absolutely sucks, so be warned, but that’s just downtown Huntsville area in general - totally worth the bagels, though. Kind staff, clean & everything else in between.

CANADIAN BAKIN NEVER MISSES!! It is our go-to breakfast spot, and we have tried everything on the menu; it’s all amazing. If they have a special seasonal drink or bagel, I just get that without hesitation because I know it’ll be delicious. Hands down the best breakfast place in Huntsville.

I ordered the Q-Becco and it was delicious. Next time I'll ask for the egg to be a little runny. Great spot to chill and enjoy the decor. Has a vibe to it that's 💯

Canadian Bakin is a great place to find fresh made bagels, homemade cream cheese and other breads. The coffee will not disappoint you either! Highly recommend this cute little place!

The lux and loaded on brioche bun is the best smoked salmon you’ll find around Huntsville

I was not a fan of Bagels, until colleague brought some to office, tried and it surprised me, got the store information and came here the other day, found the bagels are still great and sandwiches are even better, store is clean, atmosphere is good, staff are nice, wife loves the place more, will be one of our favorite spots.

Still didn't beat a genuine New York bagel for me, but wow was it close. Also, the latte was great.

Friendly staff, good quality, but hilariously small portions. $10 plus tax for this “sandwich”. Notice the scale to the fork. Pretty much a 5 bite snack.

**Edit - Update 12/8/2022 - Just went in today and ordered my Lox and Loaded and the bagel seemed really small and it was hard. Maybe they just had an off day, it was still filled with salmon which is the most important part, but was a little disappointed with the bagel itself. ** Been wanting to try this place for the longest time. Finally stopped by and got a Lox and Loaded and it even though it seemed pricey it was so full of salmon I felt like it was worth it and I can't wait to come back. The sourdough is nice and crusty on the outside and chewy inside. My son loves it. He is obsessed with bread.

I used to love Canadian Bakin’. Was my favorite breakfast spot. But my recent trip was disappointing. The portion size has went down at least 30% and the price has went up, making it hard to justify a $9 b-fast sandwich. The quality of food was also noticeably lower and the wait times have dramatically increased. Some changes need to be made for me to continue returning.
