Not keen on drinking and eating hair everytime I go here — coffee tastes the same no matter what I get. Dandelion and Co is better and a short walk away from this place. Dandelion has more variety and a better atmosphere - Turbo Coffee is alright but more expensive. Red Cow is also great - but again, pricy. Husband and I have had hair in our food and coffee everytime we go to Rivertown and we will not be going back. Have no issue with the employees just the fact that they don't have their hair back or beards tied and covered. Cute and all but highly unsanitary and always staffed yet too long and too expensive for what I'm getting. Thanks for the random strands though. But no thanks.

Stopped in here for a cold brew and an iced chai latte. Both were good, service was fast and prices were reasonable. They use Muletown coffee from Columbia, TN.

Yes, the House Special Latte was exactly everything I hoped it would be. Would have appreciated it in a mug, but understand more dishwashing isn't always feasible. The husband went back for a second Blueberry muffin. And the pimento bacon breakfast sandwich on sourdough? Delicious. Perfect to split, which could totally help the price point.

I drank a drip of coffee and ate a poblano pimento cheese sandwich. I like this coffee. There wasn't much lighting, but the atmosphere was good :)

Great place to eat, or just get a coffee. Great service, and Will makes the best Carmel lovers coffee ever.

Big fan of Rivertown Coffee. My husband & I come from middle Tn a couple of times a year to spend the day in Florence & this is always one of our spots. Great iced white chocolate mocha!

Now usually i go to ' Big Bad Breakfast 'for breakfast but there was waiting this time so we decided to look up other breakfast places and decided to give this place a shot and I would definitely be coming back here . This Coffee / Breakfast place is cute . Their omelettes are amazing , i ordered the black beans and avocado omelette it was so good . Nice atmosphere and great coffee . Their muffins are nice too . You should definitely check this place out . One of the nicest breakfast places in Florence . The only thing i don't like about them is they don't have fresh squeezed orange juice I mean it would be nice for a breakfast place to have fresh squeezed orange juice rather than the bottled one . All in all great place to hang out in mornings , good friendly staff and good environment .

The food was okay - nothing special. The service was very slow and disorganized. People who ordered after us were served well before us, and our order came out in shifts rather than the same time.

Paninis were outstanding as well as the Hazelnut Latte. Only issue was the side of frozen fruit. I'm not sure it was sufficiently thawed. Tasted good, just had to sick on it until it melted 😆

Absolutely must drop by whenever I'm downtown. I've been going here since I was a kid, and the coffee has gotten so much better over the last few years! The environment and conversations are always worth the time.

Rad coffee shop with really great food options. Get the Cold Brew Tonic if it’s on the menu!

I was there a couple days ago. The staff here is amazing. The coffee is superb. The only negative was this group of super obnoxious, rude entitled mini-Karens who were terrorizing the poor staff , but that’s not River Town’s fault and they handled it really professionally (better than I would have). 1) 5 stars for RT and negative 10 stars for the mini-Karens. 2) Folks, raise your kids to be decent people, then send them to River Town. 3) Call Turbo and warn them about their newest customers 👀
