Great food and service. Excellent chicken and dumplings on Mondays. All you can eat fish on Fridays. Extensive menu. All day breakfast. We're not nearby, but we'll be back to try the rest anyway!

Our waitress Cathy was good, but ticket mess up,but getting it fixed properly was like asking for a million bucks, the lady apology, but always short on staff, when we go on Sunday, so noisy, and the , line is too close to kitchen, always congested, waitress can't get through the mess it causes for you to stand in line , way too long to pay, owner needs to fixed this problem, and customers that are coming in, have to wiggle through this mess,. Don't know what it's like during the week , plus if you use credit card, you have to pick up the charge for using one. Really 🥺.

My wife and I met around 18 other people from our Sunday School, at Woodmont Church, on Darby Drive. The server did an outstanding job, dealing with almost two dozen people. We usually eat at the other restaurant, in Cloverdale, but they were meeting at the other location. Okay, the important things. As you read, the service was good, the food, per usual, was really good, and done in a timely manner. There's nothing fancy about the decor, which in my opinion, is the nice thing about it. It's really laid back, and it's a great place to come, with family and friends, with good prices on their items, depending on what you order. To sum up: I would highly recommend Homeside to anyone who likes good food, good service, without all the fluff, and the $$$$$$ that tends to go with that 'fluff'

Another great breakfast at Homeside Huntsville Rd. In Florence. Over-medium & scrambled eggs were perfect; so were the grits, gravy, bacon, and huge biscuits. The service was excellent and friendly. Always the same . . . top notch country breakfast!!

We love this place, but we were not impressed with the food we received today. We got hamburgers and they were not great. The onion rings were nearly burnt. Their breakfast is fantastic and we've gotten the plate lunches before that we're great but today was not a good day.

Absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had here in the Shoals since 2011 when I moved here. Everything was cold, grits were hard and inedible, cold eggs and toast That would not melt butter. Hash browns were cold and greasy. Coffee was okay. I would never eat here again.

It's a nice family owned restaurant with a small town feel and lunch plates that remind you of your mommy's cooking!
