Coffee was good and the staff was fast in preparing it. However, this is now the 4th time I’ve tried to order a breakfast sandwich, only to be told they do not have the supplies to prepare it. There are only four items on this sandwich-cheese, egg, bacon, and a croissant. I understand that supplier issues affect everyone, but as a GM for the restaurant and hospitality industry, I am very confused as to how management cannot take the time to buy these very basic and common items at Sam’s if they cannot get them fast enough from US Foods. I would be mortified and embarrassed if I was unable to serve an item on my menu, much less 4 times in a row! The store was dirty as well. Management needs to step-up.

My all time fav coffee shop in the globe! I have traveled all over, and I have yet to have coffee this good anywhere else. They have a vast variety, and multiple locations.

To update: this location is still my go to. The staff here is super friendly and very quick. Coffee is always great. I can't think of anything that would make this place better!

Excellent coffee and the customer service was exceptional. Both on duty baristas were knowledgeable, friendly and focused. Well done.

Best place to stop for coffee in town, hands down. Forget big chains! Their selection is impeccable and VAST, and their subscription service is great. If you want truly fresh coffee while simultaneously supporting local business, you really can't beat OHenry's.

You're open til 7, but you dump your coffee at 6:30. You're a coffee shop. Gas is expensive, y'all. Employees were friendly enough, but if you close at 7, then please don't be like other businesses these days and actually offer service til 7. Otherwise, I enjoy this place when I visit and you have coffee available.

The lattes are smooth and creamy. Not the creamiest lattes I'd ever had but this place is high on my list for best lattes! Oatmeal is overpriced.

I’ve used this O’Henry’s location for years. Great coffee and snacks, terrible service. The young lady working today (9/6) refused to let me use the restroom unless I was “purchasing something”. She said it with a giggle so I thought she was joking, but she was serious. The employees who work at this location are great, this new girl, a total burn out. Just lost a customer yall.

Applied there and scheduled a phone interview, which i thought went well. I was told i'd hear back from the manager within 48 hours. I finally got a voicemail after 5 days (i missed the call because the manager has an out of state number and i assumed it was spam.) After finally scheduling a follow up interview face to face, I immediately got bad vibes. The manager sounded like they were bored and disinterested the entire way through, and just replied 'so true, so true.' to anything i said. They also made a face when I said i'd be completely available on Sundays, and seemed to shut down entirely. I found some former employee statements saying that the manager/owners were religious, but i didn't think me not attending church would have any effect on the hiring process. The manager then told me I'd hear back from them in 48 hours about whether or not I got the job. I never got a response. The thinly veiled rudeness and unprofessionalism was not at all what i was expecting, especially considering how compassionate and sophisticated the company makes itself out to be.

A coffee shop that doesn't open until 7am. Genius. Decent coffee though, I guess.
