Loved the vibes and the coffee was great. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere without being distracting if you’re trying to work. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Im a coffee junkie and the chai latte and cappuccino is supreme. The espresso is the best I’ve had. They also have amazing food. Im always down for a hot bowl of grits! Love it here! The staff is nice and of course wiiii-fiiiii!

Finally a place in the hood you can engage in a casual friendly atmosphere with friends and great food and beverages. The host and staff are awesome. Please stop by. You won't be disappointed.
Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Delicious breakfast food - I enjoyed cheese grits and a cinnamon roll. Love to see the community building events they host and their missing of employing people in transition - unhoused and/or formerly incarcerated citizens. Great to see this business in Titusville - let’s show our support for this Black owned business!
The Modern House is a wonderful place for coffee, tea, a pastry or some fresh made grits in the heart of Titusville. I'm so happy my neighborhood has this welcoming, friendly place. Highly recommend!

Unique community coffeehouse feel serving great coffee that is private labeled in collaboration with local Seeds roasters. (The food is fantastic as well.) Enjoy the history represented in the decor and take some beans home with you!

This place is awesome. A Starbucks in the hood. I love it. The food and beverages are awesome, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is on point. You have to come by. It's a wonderful experience.
