Arise Cafe

Bright, spacious and welcoming place. The lady who seems to be the owner was very friendly and warm. We ordered a cheeseburger, cesaer salad, and a ham and cheese panini and the food were all delicious. We also got Chai latte and a Cafe au lait and they were soooo good. Highly recommend! I want to go back to try out their breakfast menu.

Delicious frozen hot chocolate! The food menu looks great, and the people are so nice. A real simple, quiet space that would be great for studying or meeting a friend. Nice and spacious though, with plenty of windows. I will return!

A fantastic place with a great opening menu and lots more on the way. Really lovely, clean aesthetic inside. They're very open to suggestions. Only took off one star because they don't, as of the end of June 2021, have wifi for customers yet, which makes it hard to study or work there. Once they get that, it'll be a great place for productivity.

A great Cafe to hang out, grab some food, and enjoy some hot drinks. Great staff always there to help you out. They use local small business coffee beans which is a huge plus. Would recommend to locals and tourists alike. 👍👍

Great food. Nice decor. Great location right next to the gym. So glad Wellsboro finally had its own dedicated coffee shop
