Cafe Del Sol

First bad experience Ive had at Cafe Del Sol and unfortunately it was bad enough I don't think I'd return in the future. We arrived after being seated our drink orders were taken followed by our food orders, this sadly was the last our wait staff would check on us for over 45 mins. There were people showing up after us who were getting their food before we did, we had only ordered 2 kids spaghetti meals, a small five cheese pizza and a cuban panini so I don't feel our order was complicated. After the long wait our food finally arrived at the table, it was good but they gave my wife a cheesesteak pizza instead of the five cheese that she ordered, by this time we were tired and did not want to wait any longer so she ate what was brought to the table. We were never offered refills on our drinks , my young daughter spilled her drink we were never offered extra napkins to clean it up, the worst part was no apology for the long wait, no updates from our wait staff, nothing. I've always like Cafe Del Sol but this terrible experience was enough to be my last visit.

The food is awesome, however this visit i waited 35 minutes beyond the time they said my food would be ready for pick up which was quite disappointing. Also, they brought me half of our order, then I waited an additional 10 min for the rest of it to come out. Needless to say we had to airfry the fries to get them crispy again when I got home.

We ordered lunch delivery for 10 people at work. A lot of special requests on the order. Not only did they get the order 100% correct, but they arrived 10 minutes early! The delivery driver was very nice also. Talk about amazing service! We will definitely be ordering again!

Avoid at all costs especially if you are someone with a food allergy! Their menus are incorrect and when you bring it to staffs attention they tell you that has nothing to do with them and contact headquarters in Hagerstown. You’ve been warned, if you have a food allergy this place really doesn’t care that they could potentially really hurt someone.

Can I just say YUM! Home made chips! Friendly Service! Clean,fun atmosphere!

I gave these people an incredibly specific order on a wrap and they did NONE of what i asked for. Its like they actively made an attempt to ignore the 3 stipulations to my order. I normally check my food before leaving but i had it brought to me. Incredibly unsatisfactory !

I have always found the food except maybe once, excellent. The service has improved. The waitresses have always seemed kind and smiling, but of our group of 10 to 12 there are 2 or 3 who don't get served until rather late. Maybe it's the number of people.

Despite the austerity of the dining area, the food is excellent and abundant , the service responsive, and the atmosphere comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Gave the restaurant 3 stars mainly because of the condition of the table top. Finish is coming off which makes it very tacky looking and feeling. HOWEVER, the tomato bisque was wonderful in flavor and we added the crostini that was awesome! Very fresh ingredients and had a wonderful crispy crunch to it. Service was prompt, professional and pleasant.

We had Cafe Del Sol cater an event at our home. The food was fresh, tasty and varied for all needs be it meat/salad/vegetarian/deserts. Iced bins with soda and water were also provided. The caterers came to our home , set up and provided everything needed for the event. My guests comments regarding the food and presentation were totally positive. Everything was so easy for me and I truly appreciated this great service.
