I’m never one to down a company, but my experience needs shared. I made plans with my fiancé to go to Brio for my birthday after hearing about a close friends great experience, and seeing all the hype over social media! After arriving I wasn’t greeted, and had to awkwardly talk to the counter staff to figure out how to order since I had never been. I was going in hopes to get coffee flights, and I was told they were completely booked even though there wasn’t anybody in the shop? So I was confused when they said they could make me coffee, but not flights. I would have really loved to give this place a 5 star review as I drove over an hour to come. I work in the customer service industry and know I certainly would have tried my best to help a customer who had never been fully understand, and accommodating.

First time here and I had the cold brew. It was good, better than most. Strong flavor at first sip but smooth finish without being bitter. Largest size available was 20oz and it was just under five bucks, so a little pricey for the size. You can find cheaper prices for larger cups of cold brew but it won't be this good so there you go. I guess the old saying that you get what you pay for rings true here. Would have given 5 stars based on quality and flavor but the price knocks it down just a bit in the value category.

I took my mother to Brio on Sunday for Mother's Day. We had the coffee flights which, while being presented beautifully, are also delicious. We also split a very large blueberry muffin which was warm and melted in our mouths. The people that were working that day were (as always) extremely kind and attentive.

They have such nice employees and their hot chocolates are wonderful:) the inside is also gorgeous!

It was a beautiful morning in downtown Waynesboro. The streets were calm and just fantastic weather. Having a cold brew coffee wih a delicious egg ,cheese ,and sausage on a bagel with my adult son who lives in Waynesboro just made a wonderful experience at Brio. The service was excellent and the sandwich was so good I had to try a Scone which was awesome also! I can't wait to come back!

This place is so charming. I love, love, love that they repaired the original penny tile floor and the dark wood counter looks so attractive against the white floor. Whoever designed the interior has great taste! The coffee is delicious. I found my favorite combo in honey vanilla which was recommended to me by the owner I believe. The girls here are so friendly and really make sure your coffee is made well. My only complaint would be that it’s not convenient because it’s on the Main Street with just parallel parking and right at what I would consider the more busier intersection on the main st. I don’t think convenience was what they were aiming for though. Definitely has that meet your friends for a coffee date or work on something with your laptop vibe. I usually come here when I’m going for a walk or just having a treat myself day.

I just had my first experience at Brio Coffeehouse, but it will not be my last. The bagel was good and the cappuccino was awesome! Not to mention the beautiful restoration of the building. I'd highly recommend!

The coffee was absolutely fantastic it was so good and the cashier was very nice and the service was fast great atmosphere as well
