Nice coffee shop attached to Turning Point. I do wish they had more seating available in the cafe area. Brazilian Serra Megra coffee is fantastic! I would come back

Would have been 1 star but it had a cute atmosphere. But the iced vanilla latte sucks. I couldn't tell if it was too much syrup or the espresso not strong enough or too much milk and it was probably all of the above. Also, they have a 5 min parking outside for a quick stop, well, just know it won't be fast, 2 lattes and 2 wraps took probably 15 min.

Great place to get coffee, I have gone to this location for over a year with a co-worker of mine and always get 2 of their house specialty shakes. i have had perfect experiences every visit. I will continue to be a loyal customer and have an addiction to their house specialty shake.

Terrible cappuccino. I could tell that the barista didn't tamp well. The foam was not how it should be. Couldn't tell if the cappuccino was as smooth as it should be. Coffee in it felt burnt.

Very clean atmosphere, and nice staff. But don't go if ur in a rush. I went in ordered 2 hot cocoas, oatmeal, muffin and black coffee. I had to leave before I got the oatmeal because the drinks took so long. I understand quality over quantity but in this fast pace world Cowabunga needs a little pick me up to keep up.

Four of us were in there for breakfast at Turning Point. We had a 30 minute wait so I decided to get one of the 5 things on the chill menu. I ordered a Mocha Espresso Shake-a-chino. Which had Espresso, frozen hot chocolate, chocolate chips and ice chips. Simple. I saw her making one with ice cream, so I assumed that wasn't mine. Two gentlemen asked about what she was making and she told them the ingredients, which included ice cream. So again, I assumed it wasn't mine. Then, when they called the order out, she handed me the one she had just made with ice cream. So....I asked, if this had ice cream. The young lady replied yes, that's what you ordered. I politely said, "well on the board, it says that it has frozen hot chocolate, not ice cream." She said, oh, ok. Well, do you want me to remake it, or do you just want this? I said, yes, please, remake it. Then her and the other young lady were talking back and forth, almost whispering about me asking for the drink I ordered. So, the second young lady made the drink now. And calls out..."frozen hot chocolate." So I ask....is this mine? She said yes. Frozen hot chocolate. And I politely said, well, this isn't what I ordered. I ordered the mocha espresso shake a chino. Which then I was told was the first one with ice cream. I pointed to the board and said....well...that's not what it says up there. They both stared at the board and had no idea what I was asking for. And then, again, said...well we can make it with the chocolate chips, if you want. I felt like I was going crazy or something. Yes...I would like my $5.25 coffee drink (plus the $1 tip I gave beforehand), the way I ordered...which is exactly how it is written on the board. I changed nothing and asked for no special ingredients. At the very least, an apology would have been nice. Instead I was made to feel like I was wrong and talked about under their breath. I will note two things now. 1. I would have said something to the manager at the time...but that manager passed by me 3 or 4 times while I was waiting at the register to order and didn't even acknowledge me, not a "someone will be right with you," are you being helped", nothing. So I thought...what's the point? 2. While eating at the turning point, I noticed that the drink I had ordered that was on the board at cowabunga, wasn't on the menu of the turning point. So maybe both sides, the restaurant and the coffee shop need to get on the same page. But still, what I ordered was a drink on the board where they worked. It should have been right.
Customer service may not seem to be important these days, but in a place like valley square, where the eating establishment turnover is high, this place may want to consider retraining, both managers and staff.

Awesome coffee. It's always busy so I am guessing the food is pretty good as well even though I have not had a meal there yet. The staff are always friendly.

Used to think it was pretty good but unfortunately it's gone steeply down hill. 0 for 2 on the coffees purchased today, one they couldn't figure out how to use the nitro coffee machine (but was given something different then attempted to debate me as to what it was), the other was a horribly burnt cappuccino. Oh and it took 15 minutes to not make one drink and poorly make the other. Used to come here every Sunday, time to search for something new.

I seriously enjoy their coffee and the atmosphere in this coffee shop. I'm highly disappointed to why they were not opened at the designated time the door said. A half hour into the opening time and the door is locked. I'm fine if there is a reason for this occurrence but the young ladies just stared at me and walked away without even acknowledging me.

Great place. Loved coffee cubes for my iced coffee.
