Very fast service at 10am, bacon egg and cheese sandwich was so good! The coffee was pretty good as well. Chocolate croissant was dry but the cheese danish was amazing! Very cute place with lots of seating before a mountain adventure! Pricey but would come back!
The cafe is in a hotel so you can expect higher than normal prices, but the convenience that you can pay with your room account.
We got lunch and breakfast here while staying at Camelback. The pre-packaged salads were not amazing but were quite good, and substantial. The coffee was better than expected, on par with Starbucks. The parfait was "The best parfait I ever had" according my wife (with some hyperbole); we appreciated it wasn't overly sweet and had quality ingredients.
There seems to be a mad rush in the morning because the hotel's breakfast buffet is overpriced, but at other times it is quiet and dead. The staff was helpful and accommodating. There are windows all along the walls so you can watch the activity of the waterpark down below.
Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was warm and soft but everything inside was cold and yuck. Cost nearly $20. Save your money and bring some frozen breakfast for the microwave in the hotel room.
Poor selection, high prices and disinterested staff make this one to be missed unless you're desperate. At 8am they only had strawberry cream cheese, their sandwiches were pre-made so you took what you could get, no tea selection other than Liptons - Starbucks this ain't. The napkin dispenser was empty, as was the Splenda portion of their sugar display. Plenty of stirrers, but only cream available at the fixings counter and I had to ask for milk. Staff also forgot part of my order and grudgingly handed it over - mildly concerning as they didn't give me a receipt, either. The place was pretty empty at 8:45 on a Wednesday and I think I now know why. I won't be back and I'd recommend you avoid it as well. It's not maliciously bad, but it comes close.
Good food, terrible service. Chaos behind the counter. Line through the restaurant, one kid behind the counter is texting and two others just staring into space...
They don’t know how much water must go in to a cup of americano or did not ask nor fix it. They did not have clue why I did not like it or did not seem to care, but keep asking me to pay more to fix it. So I did order again, paid again, give back to them the bad coffee that is equally terrible to a hotel coffee. This is not a La Columbe cafe that I have been loving for 10 years in Philly and NY.
Looks like you owe something to the guy with glasses. Everyone at Camelback resort is pretty kind, is not the case at this coffee shop where seems the attendants hate their job. The bakery is not the best. The only good employee is the guy with dreds. They still here just because this is the only coffee shop at the resort.

Overpriced garbage. This hotel needs a Starbucks or Dunkin. Management must really not listen to guest feedback.

Closes way to early, the staff when open just don’t care. Completely blown away by how bad this is. And la Colombe is a fav of mine

Great morning snack to begin the fun! Had a delicious chocolate croissant and caramel cold brew! Recommend. Great service!
