Great coffee. Delicious flavors. Cool spot. Only bad thing is the inside isn’t open due to Covid.

This is the best coffee in town, hands down, but what started off as something kind of annoying is now happening regularly... It's not hot enough! My lattes from here are now consistently lukewarm at best (yes, I know lattes are not as hot). But, I can go literally half a mile down the street to the original location and get one that's perfect temperature every time. Also, usually parking is fine, but there are only a few spots to parallel park out front and when they are taken there literally isn't anywhere to park (even parking around the block by Liberty bail bonds isn't always available). When that happens, again, I just drive half a mile to the original location. Starting to think I need to just skip this spot all together... Also, during the day on the weekends the hotel next door occasionally has some rude yinzer yelling at people not to park out front because he's valet... So on top of limited parking, you have to contend with the hotel trying to grift off the valet parking spots reserved for Eleven, even though the hotel has it's own driveway, turn around, and parking garage.

Wow excellent coffee! Words don't do it justice, you have to see it yourself. Authentic Italian coffee done right, and here's a place where coffee terms are true to their definition, not the individual owner's opinion of what it should mean. Love this place. Wonderful atmosphere, stellar service - friendly, respectful, considerate. And the barista works like lightning, I was impressed. I made an order, got to work on my phone to pass the wait, and it seemed like only 2 seconds later that I looked up and the espresso was ready. Fancy, very state of the art machine they have, and the espresso is both happily very strong, my main requirement but this is inconsistent across coffee shops, and surprisingly delicious, which is hard to find for some reason in an espresso. I also ordered a milk whcih was so fresh - another unusual feature at a coffee shop. This is a gem of all gems, the place to go to for original, authentic, truly well made coffee and this is my new favorite place despite it being so far away from home (I live on the east border of PA). Thanks so much!

I've been drinking their espresso since the 90's and it has not changed one bit. They serve the best espresso shots I've ever had. And I go to every Cafe I have ever seen that I haven't been to before. Single handedly my favorite business to frequent.

The absolute nicest experience we’ve ever had - the baristas go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and even share tips and tricks to get the perfect drinks at home. Next time we’re back in Pittsburgh, we’re heading straight here!

Hands down, the best coffee in the city! This location also has a great vibe if you need a cafe to hangout while you get some work down (standing and sitting desks with usb and power outlets). They also have a few items for a quick bite.

The 6oz cappuccino was weak and the foam was not micro foam as pictured. The hot chocolate was terrible. hardly any chocolate flavor. Very dissatisfied with this visit. I would not recommend.

Staff have been friendly and the location is great. I am a fan of the cold brew coffee. The coffee brewing quality is inconsistent though. People in my office have been saying they can get a better cup of coffee from Starbucks and Two Louie's and due to the inconsistency. I have to agree.
