Gloria Jean's Coffees South Hills Village

I stopped in for two cups of tea. Staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Great coffee, personable staff and really enjoyable environment! I love that they sell reusable, adorable mugs along the wall and honestly it's far better than other chain coffee places that charge you triple for the same cup of jo.

Coffee drinks are out of this world delicious! And I tried macaroons for the first time, so Good! Service is terrific and very helpful too!

The coffee and other options here are very good. My favorite is the Hot Pistachio Latte. There are many varieties in cold and hot drinks and suits all ages. Definitely a must try and worth it.

Nether my husband nor I feel like we received the drink we ordered, I ordered a strawberry and chocolate cookie chiller and I have no idea what I got it has caramel on the whipped cream and did not taste like strawberry or chocolate, my husband ordered a toffee chiller and was given something very chocolatey it even had chocolate chips in it. Incredibly disappointed.

Was walking in the South Hills Mall when I smelled such a wonderful aroma of coffee. Went in Gloria Jean's Coffee and got a Chillin' White Caramel Cookies Coffee it was so tasty & real good! Thanks

They now carry lady locks and cookies from bethel bakery. Had a wonderfully fresh and delicious lady lock and fresh delicious coffee today. Place was clean , nicely decorated and employees were friendly! I prefer Gloria jeans coffee , always perfectly brewed and now with bethel bakery sweets only makes it more of a bonus! It was a nice quiet moment in their shop with with food, drink and atmosphere! Really felt like a special treat !

This is my favorite tea or coffee place. The staff is always extremely helpful when it comes to selections. They provide very good descriptions an at times samples. They also provide information on ingredients which is very much appreciated. I enjoy the wonderful experience each time I stop here. I will continue to return. They also have great gifts available.

I've gone here for years it's been a south hills tradition

This is a mall coffee shop but probably the best in the South Hills. Well run, great flavors. A nice alternative to acidy Starbucks.
