All India Restaurant

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My wife and I are big Indian food fans and came here while visiting from out of town - it was the best Indian food we've had. Service was also great. Highly recommend.

This restaurant, by far, makes the best food!!!! The portion size, the freshness and the taste is indescribable. I've eaten from several local restaurants, who make similar food, and have never felt the need to put an online review about their food. Highest recommendations for this restaurant. Especially the Chicken Tikka Masala. So delicious that I literally drank the broth!

This used to be one of my favorite places due to the all day, every day Indian food buffet - and it was really good. They have since changed management and have done away with the buffet.

Nonetheless, we stopped in for lunch and ordered a number of items and we were blown away! The food we were served was absolutely delicious and was definitely the best Indian food I have had in the area. Special shout out to the vegetarian Biryani Rice, Aloo Gobhi Masala, and Gobi Manchurian. We will definitely be returning soon!

One con: We were not thrilled to see water being served in water bottles, but we bring our own water anyway. I hope they provide non-bottled water in the future.

I ordered chicken tiki masala take out. It came with rice. The amount of portions were perfect. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. The second time ordering food, I asked for a little more heat (1 -10) I tried a seven and it was perfect for me.

Great food and super nice staff! The rice pudding was wonderful, and you can select spice levels for people with different tastes! Highly recommended!

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve ordered from All India. It’s hard to take photos of takeout. I’m still new to Indian cuisine so I ordered chicken tikka masala level 7/10, the bread basket (1 butter, 1 garlic, 1 aloo paratha), a mango lassi 🤤 and sooja halwa. What I love about All India is that my order is always ready and accurate. They’re consistent with their cooking as well, I have yet to have a meal that isn’t delicious. The chicken tikka masala has enough sauce and very tender chicken to feed me for 2-3 days. I enjoy the level 7, it’s spicy but not so spicy that I can’t eat it. The naan is always delicious. I’ll be trying new dishes and comparing them as I explore.

My wife and I have tried many of the Indian restaurants around Pittsburgh and this is our favorite. The food is always fresh, the place clean including the plates and they offer a buffet seven days a week. The price is definitely reasonable.

This place is under new management. No more buffet and the recipes have changed. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala with spiciness of 7 out of 10 and it was a 1. The flavor was not bad but it was not as requested. Mr wife got the Chicken Biryani and the chicken was not mixed in. It was tasty and a different from the traditional presentations. The restrooms need cleaned, the paint job needs redone and the restrooms were freezing. Overall, I still like the place, but it's not my first choice. 5 stars to 3 stars.

Hands down the best authentic Indian food in Pittsburgh! This is my third time and the food quality is freshly outstanding, portions are great, everything I had was absolutely delicious but my top three are vegetable biriani, butter chicken and butter nan, and Don’t pass on the Lassi ! Staff is very friendly and caring especially gurpreet Singh and Kriti ♥️
