My favorite place in campus! However, it's always busy and hard to get work done! I go there to relax and enjoy the coffee!

normally LOVE the cold brew here. But Today my cold brew tasted like water. I drink with a splash of oat milk so I’m almost confident it was the cold brew that was off. I like cold brew for its strong coffee taste but it sucked today! $5+ is a lot of money to spend on a cup of coffee water:(

My first time back in a year

The morning cashier had a nasty attitude.
She slamed my cup down, after a small correction about what kind of milk I wanted in my coffee.

She never asked my name to put with my order.
She breathed fustrated and heavy as if I offened her.

I try to speak appreciation of her taking my order and say thank you.
She ignored me and only spoke the price, so I payed.

It was made clear she quickly wanted me gone.

The very next person she smile, asked his name.
She asked if he wantend his recite.

This is my first time feeling uncomforable and disrespect in Saxbys. Thumbs down today.

Amazing coffee, but has really weird employees that give you dirty looks if your order isn’t vegan I’m assuming.

Usually love this place, however, yesterday I ordered a hot white mocha with oat milk, all I got was a cup of steamed oat milk. Over $6 for just the oat milk. I didn't realize until I was in class so I couldn't go back to tell them.

Most of the people working here are really good at their job and do their best to help customers out. I have experienced one particular employee who has seemed unecessarily rude about the drinks I order (like judging?) Weird.
Another thing is how inconsistently I'm charged for the drinks I get (maybe it is the fact i get it in my own mug?)
Overall pretty nice experience though and they play really good music

Bonus points because they have oat milk now 😄

I always have a great experience here! The service is friendly and fast. Recently I got a drink that I was not a fan of (Not the workers fault) and not only did the staff replace it for another drink, but they also gave me a free drink card for next time! I definitely did not expect that.

On top of the great service, the atmosphere is great for studying and small group meetups. The music is pleasant and not overpowering. The only downside is that seating is a bit crowded and is often full.

I go in all the time before and between classes. They have fast service. Even when the line is to the door I have never spent more than 10 minutes in here. It gets really hot when it's crowded. I've never had an issue with my drinks. Definitely better than the Starbucks on campus.

Friendly staff and good coffee.
