Very solid no frills type of coffee place. Somehow the atmosphere is both energizing and relaxed. Service was friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the coffee itself is very good.

I was looking forward to going to Peddler Coffee for my first visit, for a cappuccino and a few minutes of relaxation. When I arrived today at 1:30pm, every table was taken by people sprawled over their laptops, taking up much more space than necessary. I am an older person and walk with a cane. When a young couple saw me approach the barista, they immediately took the last two seats at the counter. I was forced to take the coffee out. My beverage was served in a kiddie-sized cup and cost $3.55, which I think is outrageous. The coffee was bitter. I will never go back again.

Blown away by the flavor! I rarely post anything about any business but this place was just SOOO good. Decor was nice, has an inviting vibe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Best coffee and almond croissant you’ll ever have

Be careful ordering coffee here. I received the worst tasting coffee of my life, presumably due to barista incompetence. The $4.00 chemex-brewed pour over tasted extremely bitter and over-extracted. The beans themselves may be fine, but my sole experience was so bad that I'm not likely to return.

Quaint coffee shop across the main road from the Philadelphia Art Museum. They sell a variety of quality coffee and pastries including a delicious hot chocolate with vegan marshmallows. There's plenty of seating between the bar seating along the wall and individual tables.

Discovered this gem on my way to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I walked by and just had to drop in. The visual message of the store is very clear: we focus on what matters and we are no nonsense. Their coffee and interior tell the same story. I found the place very relaxing yet uplifting. My eyes could rest on any detail of the store without being annoyed by shoddiness or wobbly things. There was no loud jarring noise for the 10 minutes I was there. It was almost Northwestern European. (Yes, now you know my bias).

Staff was just plain nasty to me without reason…I get it that you’re just opening for the day and it’s the beginning of the day for us all…but that’s no way of treating costumers.never going back…don’t spend your money here there’s plenty of other good places to try
