Love Lucky Goat--it's my go-to coffee shop. Barristas are so nice and friendly. Their standard iced coffee is automatically made as a red-eye which is a bonus for me! Otherwise, I get a classic cappuccino. When they have them, the almond croissants are also delicious.

Where can you enjoy real coffee in the US? Only at Intelligentsia. The queue is long but worth the wait. The building is sparse and the seating could be improved but need their coffee. Stella

Tasty coffee ☕️ and their sun dried tomato cream cheese is delicious. Also dog friendly :)

This is a really cute & cozy coffee shop. They also have a great selection of specialty and seasonal beverages for coffee, tea, and other drinks. My favorite is a mint tea w a pump of coconut cream syrup. It is also right next to a trolley stop for the eastbound 15 route and a bus stop for the southbound 32 route so it’s in a convenient location.

Fun, cozy interior of a converted home. Unique style and decor. Delicious espresso. Slightly limited options and space, but friendly service and fair prices. Definitely worth visiting while in the area.

My Dad, his wife and I had been planning on hanging out at OCF on Fairmount Avenue this past Sunday afternoon, but they were unusually packed so we looked to Google Maps and found this coffee house. We stopped in and what a treat! Super friendly, super comfy, and awesome La Colombe coffees. I had a cappuccino that was every bit as good as La Colombe and it was much better than what can be had at OCF. We got there late in the afternoon and there were not many pastry options, but pastries are something we can live without. The coffees and people here are just awesome. 5 Stars.

This is just a run of the mill coffee shop that uses other folks beans and baked goods. Go to a real roaster/coffee shop insead. I guess it's okay if you live down the street. But, don't make a special trip.

Lucky Goat is the best, relaxing coffee shop in Fairmount. Their teas and coffee are great as well as their pastries and soups. The best part, though, is the relaxed and cozy setting with great low-key music that allows you to still think and work while you enjoy your snack. This is my new favorite working and reading spot, especially on snow days!

I am only giving 3 stars to Lucky Goat because I love the coffee and the Ham and Cheese Croissant. However, I had a very awful experience with one of the baristas today. I came in late morning and ordered an espresso and a baked good with a lovely barista who greeted me as I walked up and was very polite and attentive. I went in the back to sit and study. Then I came up early afternoon to order a coffee to continue my studies. There was a new, white male barista on staff at this time. I have to agree with Ainsley's review. I am pretty sure this has to be the same person they are referring to. I was not greeted upon approaching the register and the look on his face was as if I was disturbing him. I asked for a small coffee and room for some cream, he obliged. He then barked at me that my coffee was over on the side. Startled by his tone, I said , "Okay, thank you" and proceeded to go get it. No you're welcome or acknowledgment. Then he helped the next customer with their order. Then when done with that customer, before proceeding back to the back again, I said, "Oh I was just thanking you for the coffee." To which he replied, "oh, okay" turned away and kept working on whatever he was doing. I said usually people respond with you're welcome when thanked. He said oh, thanks for the lesson, grabbed some plates to wash and went downstairs to wash them I suppose. The whole interaction was EXTREMELY off-putting. I hate to put all my business on one poor interaction, because all the other baristas I have worked with have been extremely great in terms of customer service. I, too work in customer service and if I had treated a customer the way this person treated me, I would have been reprimanded for sure.

I love our little neighborhood coffee shop. What treat to have this place around the corner. Everything is very tasty and fresh (although I would be into a breakfast sammie addition!).
