Brown Street Coffee

Uber cute little cafe. Their #3 pork was excellent and you really notice the quality of their food. It did take about 15 minutes to prepare, but taste matures with time 😙

Great coffee. Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee is probably one of the best I've had in the city. Banh mi is also awesome, especially the pork. The atmosphere is super chill, and the owners are really nice.

The decor is bright & sunny, just like the staff. Best coffee around, and the menu is tight but we'll edited...try the banh mi #4, but IMO, it doesn't matter where you start, you'll end up working your way through the entire board-- you can't go wrong and you won't regret it!

A small little corner coffee shop that somehow also sells banh mi along with all the traditional coffee shop stuff. The banh mi are very tasty and affordable and they also make solid bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches at a reasonable price too. Not like some other coffee shops that charge u extra for cheese and bacon and a bagel and wind up charging you like $9 for a sandwich that should be $6-7...

First let me say this rating is on pretty much one employee. I like the owner and the coffee. So i go there yesterday late around 1pm and realize i dont have my mask. I let him know im vacinated then ask could i grab a coffee? He says no. There was no one in the store. So i ask is there any way he could make it and bring it out to me? His response "not really". So i leave wondering had i been the "typical" kind of person that lives around here would he have went the xtra mile. Not to mention i would have tipped him $10. But i dealt with him before and both times i didnt like his vibe.

Tasty but disorganized. One time my order was ready for an hour but they didn’t alert me and then another time they missed an item (bagel and cream cheese) in my order and then took 20 mins to make it. They get very busy on the weekends so expect long wait time.

IN RESPONSE TO BROWN STREET’S COMMENT: here is a screenshot of our conversation. “Ready in 5 minutes” is a lie.

The coffee and banh mi combo is the right way to get yourself started. I’ve done it several times and now I’m CEO. That is a good sandwich especially for the price
