I'm not sure why, but the owner of SkyRoast Coffee was completely obnoxious to my friend and I. When my friend asked if someone was making her coffee, he said "I am at the cash register and I make coffee over in that corner. Since I am at the cash register, I am not making your coffee." At the end of our "conversation", he asked in a sarcastic tone, "are you going to go somewhere else?" Dumbfounded, we didn't respond or make a purchase and went somewhere else. At another venue down the street, we asked the owner of a store if he knew the owner of the SkyRoast Coffee Shop and he said yes. We told him of our experience there just a few minutes ago and he said he was not surprised. He said he didn't have a very good encounter with him either. It appears that good customer service is foreign to the owner of this shop. We can't comment on the coffee as we "went somewhere else".

enjoyed the coffee. Sampled the hibiscus berry tea. Not bad at all! Area was kept clean. Girl was on top of that. .. maybe train your staff on customer service. Not even a hello. And they both looked miserable. Unfortunate.

Easily the best coffee in town, short wait times, and phenomenal employees. The owner is super friendly and a really cool guy, very knowledgeable too and always willing to give advice on brewing at home.

Fantastic mulled cider for a cold winter day in PA!

Coffee was decent. But I wanted a 6 shot latte and they limited me to a 4 shot latte because they hand press the espresso. That's fine, but owner is a pretentious douche, very snobby. Just give me the coffee I paid for, hold the snotty comments.

The SkyRoast La Pastora Natural coffee is one of the best coffees we have ever tasted. The Ferry Market is a great spot to eat and this coffee shop is worth a trip.

Just tried the Ethiopian Wenago Natural. The quality of the beans are really good. Extracted as espresso and it tastes great
