Manager/server Emily should really focus on serving the customers instead of spending time visiting with customers she knows, her boyfriend that came to visit her, and her employees, while neglecting everyone else. I had to go to the bar and ask for more water. She was my server and she never checked on me after she served my food. Not once. Her employees were just hanging out at the bar chatting and not really doing anything productive. She lacks the maturity to be a manager and run the restaurant in a productive way. Not to mention the stress she puts on one of her employees with her attitude. I wouldn’t trust her to run a popsicle stand.

I love this place! The previous restaurant in this building was such a local favorite that when the Coffee Co moved in I was a bit nervous as to how they would measure up! But I'm happy to report that I since eating here several times this year I haven't even missed the old place! The service is excellent and food is soo delicious! The sandwiches are named after local roads and I usually order the Oregon Pikes or Route 30 sandwich! The 30 is on a pretzel bun and has dill sauce. Sooo good!

My family of almost 30 came here to celebrate a birthday. The staff quickly and efficiently accommodated our family, and we had our food and coffee faster than we would have at a chain restaurant. Their menu covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so there was something for even the pickiest of eaters. This is a great place with great food and service.

Excellent service! My cup of coffee was NEVER empty. My wife and I had the Lancaster Breakfast and it was (I feel) well worth the money. Excellent portion size for what we paid.

Our waitress was a ninja. I had no idea she was watching our table and took our dishes off the table in a very prompt manner.

Coffee Co is DEFINITELY a place to spend a little money on a cosy breakfast.

The interior was equally well done as well!

I have ordered from here 3 times. The first time, I placed my order for curbside pick up. The food was great and service was friendly. The second time, I went in the store for a coffee to go. This was during the time where dine in was supposed to be suspended due to COVID, but I was very turned by the fact that they were STILL serving for dine in against the governors orders. I really like to support small businesses, so I gave them one more chance today. Again, my food is great and service was friendly. However, I went IN to pick up my order this time and there was a crowd of people at the front of the restaurant (I assume waiting for a table) and they were not wearing masks. I would really love to support local, but I just can't bring myself to order from here ever again.

I understand that I am only one customer and my not ordering will not effect their business. But, as they feel it is their right to not enforce state mandates, it is my right to voice my opinion. I have high risk family members, so I have to be very careful when I go out, hence ordering for pick up/to go. Their lack of enforcing these policies is just inconsiderate to the general population and shows that they do not value the safety of their customers and staff. I hope if a manager or store owner sees this review, they will consider making changes.

UPDATE: I ate here this past week and the waitress was kind and friendly. So, not only was the food excellent, but the service was too. Every person I spoke to was kind and welcoming. I will update with 5 stars when this is consistent.

This could easily be 5 stars based on the food and coffee. What kills it are the women who work there. I haven't seen a man there and that is OK if they prefer to keep it women only staff - this is America so have at it. The issue is that if you put all their personalities together you would get something as charismatic as a 2x4. They are either very shy, very unsociable, or just plain rude. I figured they hated men, however my wife confirms that they are very impersonal. I was just at Chickies and Pete's at PHL and the waiter was so amicable and attentive what can you do but tip +25%. Ladies at Coffe Co, take some courses on being friendly. We stop in because there food us so good, but if you ladies dont lighten up, I will sacrifice the quality of food for quality people any day.

Great spot. Stopped for quick coffee stop and decided to try the breakfast. Definitely going to have to go back. Looking for great specials or just your ordinarily breakfast food made the right way this the place to go.

Nice place but small. It is a popular place so unfortunately, I feel like I should not linger to allow space for others to be seated. I will stay a few hours at a larger place that has open seats. The staff in no way causes me to feel that way. The staff is friendly and attentive. I just do not want the cafe to lose out.

Good pumpkin roll and coffee.

Service okay. Our waitress was cordial but, not real friendly. Food was good but, a little pricey for what it was. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal.

This is a great place to eat. The menu is tempting and you will have a hard time making up your mind. One person in our party has severe allergies and they were taken seriously and accommodated. You will not be disappointed.
