Perry County Café

Amazing food I LOVE the muffins and pastries. Favorite is blueberry muffin. If you are on a trip and need a bite this place is awesome.

Clean, bright, pleasant place to eat. I’ve eaten here several times and the food is always A+. Sue Smeigh’s soups are always delicious, and her talent to put together a “tight” club sandwich every time is appreciated. I hear her pies and cakes are delicious as well. She is a definite asset to the success of this cafe. Only having 1 menu at the ordering station is a drawdown. And soup of the day should be posted somewhere so you don’t have to ask each time. But overall a pleasant experience each time. The sweet, dark-haired counter girl is always so nice and pleasant and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to help everyone.

First time I stopped in during pandemic. Just wanted plain coffee to go and coffee was good flavor and bold. Not weak as muddy water. My issue was with lady at register that got my coffee. She didn't wear a mask and she used bare hands putting on my coffee lid, as her fingers touched the drinking spout. Plus, she was on Bluetooth on her phone. Yes, I got what I ordered. But do you think she could have waited to talk to someone until my order was complete? She was talking out load and I was wondering looking around who she was talking too. Role reversal of unprofessional. Generally it's the customer that won't put the phone away when ordering. And yes, I wore a mask. I may not like the guidelines, but I'm trying to do my part. No one has to wonder why cases are up in Perry County... Too many I see just aren't on-board. So be it then.

We found this place the day we were moving out of New Bloomfield. They just opened a few days prior. What a wonderful place! Great menu items, top notch coffee with HUGE mugs, and super friendly staff. The place looks great and we were so bummed we were moving away!!! We highly recommend stopping in.

I love that place. Good food and great people. You know you feel welcome when the lady running the counter knows your order and you have not been there for about a month. Keep moving forward Perry County Café. Do great things and prosper.

One of the best places i have been to in a very long time! Food is great! i had some breakfast sandwiches. OH MY THEY WERE GOOD. great job to every one there!

Great food. Nice service too! Will definitely be coming back here. The only downside is that it's kinda small, so don't show up with a huge group.

Bright, tidy, good instrumental music playing, and great service! The lattes and breakfast wraps are delicious. They also have shirts and travel mugs for sale.

Excellent omelets and coffee. I've heard lunch is really good too. Nice cafe. Owner needs to raise prices. Please don't go out of business.

It's a little gem in Perry County! It's such a cute little cafe. The young lady was kind and efficient! I will stop here again next time I'm in town visiting family.
