Moon Flight Coffee Drive-Thru, Plus Dog and Car Wash!

Used the dog wash for first time. . Overall was fairly good. The water was cold and no soap until 1 minute at least into wash. I don't know if it is because I was first customer of the day and it takes time to 'start up'. Or this is normal. Also the water flow was not very strong so it took longer to wash. I have a bigger dog and 12 minutes was not enough time and I didn't know if adding time meant another $ 10 so I could not finish drying my dog. But I had a towel so not a big deal.
Facility was clean. The vacuum was not very strong and the blow dryer was not hot at all. The lead was broken so I had to tie my dog with his leash. These are not big show stoppers . The convenience of standing up to wash my dog and having everything I need soap, conditioner, blow dryer made it worth it. Next time I will bring my own shampoo. Personal choice because I didn't find their shampoo very lathering and didn't smell. My big dog still smelled like a dog after his bath.

Most worthless car wash ever! Had to rinse soap off of my truck after automatic was done. And then it was $6 just to start hand wash. Very low pressure on wand. 3 of the Jet nozzles on automatic didn't rotate....definitely needs some maintenance. Also you have to back up to make the turn out of the auto bays unless you're driving a smaller sized vehicle.

Their equipment is poorly maintained as I was rinsing my truck off it kept spraying out soap. I ended up having to go to a different stall and rewashing my truck. It was a complete waste of time and money

Unfortunately, my dog and I were both injured here, due to the rubber matting separating from the metal ramp. If your dog cannot make it easily up the ramp I strongly advise that you do not use the dog wash room on the right hand side, until they fix the ramp!

Paid for wash, and the machine broke down with car in front of me mid wash. No response to help button. Called # posted & left message. No response. Total rip-off. Buyer beware.

First class charged me and wash would not start. Help button did nothing and no one answered my call or returned my voicemail

Had a fun experience giving our puppy a bath here. Had to take a star off because of how insanely hot it was in the room! Our glasses were all fogged up BEFORE we turned the water on! Once the water was going, it became a sauna. It really was a great setup, but wow was it HOT!

I tried to use the self service wash and there was no soap at all. There was also no one to talk to in order to get my money back.

Used the dog wash for the first time. It had all of the necessary amenities and was perfect for our large Bernese mountain dog who hates baths. The room was heated and the water was a perfect temperatures. The room was equipped with gloves and the door locked for safety of the dog. Will definitely be visiting again!!

This review pertains specifically to the touchless wash. I've used touchless washes before, some good, some okay, but this laser wash was horrible. Waste of money! My car looks worse after the fact, than before and it wasn't even that filthy since I hand washed it the weekend before. 100% do not recommend the touchless wash.
