Tim Hortons

Several times got hair in my breakfast sandwich. I have a severe sensitivity to caffeine and got caffeinated coffee or the decaf was so old it gave me bad stomach cramps and reflux. They are constantly out of things.

Was a bit slow but the employees did get order right and they did their best and apologized for the wait.

Stopped over for some tea today and they were just closing down. They stayed late to help me out and they were SO sweet about it! Absolutely amazing customer service and after both of them had worked 12 hour shifts. I wish I got their names but they were honestly the bench mark of amazing customer service. Thank you so much for being so incredible!!!

They are good but they are no Starbucks [EDIT!!!] FORGET MY REVIEW FROM LAST YEAR!! Since coming to this Tims location every day at least once but usually 2x or 3x I have come to the realization that this place if legit I'm greeted every single day by name or if its my wife her name they always go above and beyond to make sure your coffee is just the way you like! this review has went from 3 stars to a solid 5!!!

Best Tim Hortons is always amazing! Staff is wonderful. I get coffees there every morning. When something may be wrong Kristina is absolutely on it and makes it better. Amazing staff

Great coffee, but there is some problem getting real cream consistently. Non coffee drinking employees must not know the difference in half and half and cream.

Very clean, great service, better coffee than Starbucks. My first visit but I loved the atmosphere. My only dislike was no towels installed in the men's room so I had to use my wallet to open the door to get out after washing my hands.

I go here often, I order 1 item and it is a simple 1 +1 large coffee. they never double charge my card like some places, the coffee is always perfect temperate, i have really enjoyed this locations food and drinks. i would highly recommend

Good eats but can never get consistent coffee. I'll order it the same way every time (milk, 1 sugar) but it's always different. Too much milk, too little milk. Too much sugar, not enough sugar. Or, the coffee is cold. I must be doing something wrong if everyone else is getting it right.

This was the worst stop on our trip. The sandwiches were small and tasted like card board and the treats look far better in the pictures than they do in person. The staff was so slow and the food is aweful!
