Firehouse Coffee

Not your ordinary cup of Joe!!! Tried for first time today on a Sunday and I thought this place was totally awesome!! What a great story and what a great concept! They have so many creative coffee blends, and they keep coming up with new flavors!! The staff workers are great! Very knowledgeable and you can hardly tell that they share the same passion and LOVE for coffee! 😊👍 Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to support a local business and has an adventurous spirit to try some different from your everyday coffee!

Awesome coffee!! Mike (the owner) is knowledgeable and friendly! Linda is so helpful and sweet! Came away feeling like a friend with a lot more coffee knowledge. Iced coffee in store was perfect and bought a bag of BP to try at home. Best local coffee shop around!

Saw the shop while driving home and decided to stop in. Owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sampled a few coffees and talked coffee and firefighting for a bit then bought 4 bags of coffee beans. The coffee is delicious. The flavored coffee tastes great and the darker roasts are bold and strong. Currently enjoying a cup of Bourbon Pecan. Will definitely be taking a road trip back to get more coffee.

My wife (huge coffee lover) and I stopped in to Firehouse Coffee on our way back from the Poconos and could not have found a better coffee stop! Mike truly is working in a labor of love and has designed a wonderful brewery-esque coffee experience. He has really high tech equipment and some of the most unique coffee flavors we've ever seen. I'm not even a coffee fan but left with a bag of blueberry flavored coffee while my wife sipped on raspberry chocolate. Highly recommend any level of coffee drinker from novice to aficionado to stop in!

Mike was also extremely friendly and gave us a 10% discount for being in the medical field. 10/10 experience for sure!!

Visited this adorable coffee shop on Saturday after leaving from a cheering camp at Kutztown .

I have to say it was such an incredible experience, the girl behind the counter who took my order was very young but she was so intelligent, so respectful and she knew all the answers to my questions and then some. Such a great set up and unique experience. They have a coffee tasting station which I thought was amazing and you can get coffee beans/grounds to go and make it at home.They also had their own K cups!

We got two iced coffees one salted caramel and the other shoo fly pie. AMAZING. By far the best iced coffee I have ever had, we will definitely be going back!!

Firehouse coffee is the local gem that you need to check out. I religiously get their whole bean coffee to grind every morning and it is hands down the best coffee I have ever had. The beans are perfectly roasted and the flavors are incredible. They are always developing new flavors as well, and today I got ShooFly pie! The staff are wonderful and helpful, and they really know their coffee! Definitely check them out and buy local, high quality coffee!

I am a very big coffee lover! Stopped in for the first time and loved all the different kinds of coffee. I ended up leaving with the blueberry flavor k cup and wow it is SO good!! Very impressed, great quality, friendly staff. They also offered a nurse discount since I am a nurse! I would definitely recommend this place!!

My friend and I visited for the first time today, and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our visit. The coffee is amazing. So good, but the owner is even more amazing. We enjoyed visiting with him and hearing the story of how Firehouse came to be even more. If we lived closer, I'd be here every day, but will definitely be going back to visit again. Just the most lovely people work here! They had my friends and I try all their flavors before we chose. And even gave us great suggestions for other fun spots in the area. You must stop at Firehouse Coffee if you are passing through Maxatawny!

When I’m visiting family in Reading, I have to stop here. My co-workers LOVE when I bring them back Firehouse Coffee. Their K-cups are fantastic, flavorful, and fun. Always at a good price and exceptional customer service at the shop.
