They are at the Ligonier, PA Farmers Market every Saturday and are very quick to turn around their online orders. However if you are some one with an exquisite palate such as myself, you’ll have to pick up some beans from the guys over at Dark Side Coffee Roasters. When opening a bag of coffee beans from Dark Side roasters the consumer will be hit with a fresh smell that reminds you of quality. High quality coffee beans are loaded with oils, and acids. When roasted correctly the oils will be drawn from the inside of the bean to coat the outside and give it a beautiful black shinny appearance. It is apparent that the guys over at Dark Side Roasters are not over looking quality. As with any beverage everyone is attracted to something different, try all of the offered flavors and find out which one is right for you ! This coffee will quite literally make you rethink every cup you’ve ever drank. ( or didn’t drink )
