Great outdoor place for having a coffee and chill. The crew are courteous, all of them wearing masks and greet you well. The restrooms is clean. Prices are very well.

I find it charming and trendy, and much beloved by serious coffee fans...but expensive, and the wait for tea (!) can be interminable! It's happened to me twice, so it seems to be a habit, and not an anomaly. It's tiny, and tucked away behind an old house in Lemont. Neat, novel, complex flavors, rich desserts...but pricey, and not necessarily healthy.

Favorite place for interesting latte flavors, Italian sodas (lavender is my favorite), bagels with lox, and a cozy atmosphere. Sometimes it gets crowded, but when it's nice out, it's got great outdoor seating my options too.

A charming, peaceful cafe with good coffee.

I've never been to such a consistently pleasant, peaceful and satisfying cafe in my life. The owner and servers are always pleasant and helpful. The food is excellent, especially the selection of items that feature local produce that changes with seasonality. I have yet to find a hot chai that is better than the one at Cafe Lemont (especially the new pumpkin chai...YUM!!). I love the open library, I always find something to read (if I don't bring anything of my own). When I have friends that visit from out of state, I always bring them here. Lemont is such a quaint, wonderful town, a real hidden gem in such a college town. I'm all about supporting small, local businesses and I hope this place never closes down. Keep doing what you're doing, Cafe Lemont!!

This is a great place and i wish they weren't closed on mondays! Food is great and coffee is better! Ambience is amazing too. Today I asked kid for a receipt and it wasnt until i got home that i realized it was an order ticket!?! BTW, to me it is ridiculous that i cant smoke outside there....good for some but not for me.

I go here all the time to work--it's super-cute, their food is simple but very good, the atmosphere is nice if you don't mind acoustified pop radio, and they have a great selection of tea & coffee. The pleasantest place to read in the State College area.

The Breath of the Dragon Latte was so good, it was a deciding factor in buying the house across the creek. My bride was recruited to join the faculty at PSU. I spent a week exploring the neighborhoods and looking at houses. It came down to three houses in three different parts of town. All three could have become lovely homes. But after a seeing many homes, I insisted my bride come and sit at Lemont Cafe and try the insanely delicious coffee and house-baked quiche. We went over the pros and cons of the three top choices. And then my wife said. If we buy the house here, we can walk here any time we want. Yes. True. And we do.

I didn't know what to expect about this place and I wasn't disappointed. They really sell the idea of eating as if you were at home and take pride on their low eco-footprint on the environment. The items are made fresh, made locally, and diet accommodation friendly. They also have gluten free and vegetarian options as well if that's what you're into.
