Have been wanting to try this place after a few friends voiced how great it was and we were not disappointed. It was our first time trying crepes. We are definitely more pancake or french toast people, but they were good. The breakfast sandwiches and frozen coffee were delicious! We tried the cinnamon roll crepe, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, 717sandwich, and the frozen caramel latte. Staff was super friendly. The place is clean, including the bathrooms. They have a bakery case at the counter. There were a few people set up with their laptops to do work which is cute. They have a little reading area set up. A great environment with music that won't stress you out. We went mid Thursday morning and were surprised with how many people were in there. You order, they call your name when it is ready, then you return your plates and utensils to a location by the counter.

Located in the new development in South Lebanon, an area begging for good food and good coffee. I believe Ancestor is the start to this request.

A true coffee house feel, creating a warm feeling in a new building. Enough space to sit for breakfast or stay for a few hours and read a book or get some work done. The coffee is home-brewed and very good. I think in due time they will be known for their coffee as much as they are their crepes.

Food: The crepes are very good, they are a good portion for a good price. Broken out in two categories, Savory and Sweet. I highly recommend if you are going with someone to order one of each and split it. The Berry Cheesecake is very good and the Nutella crepe is also very tasty.

Overall: This is a great place to have a non traditional breakfast and for your coffee needs. I recommend giving this place a stop and see it for yourself. Overall a 4.7 on my list.

*If you are looking to kill a few hours, they have some books to read with your coffee and hangout for awhile*

We drove in specifically to try Ancestors in Lebanon because we heard they make gluten-free crepes as well as regular. They had savory, but we both chose sweet. Mine was strawberry lemon cheesecake and his was Fruit & Sunshine. The crepes were tender and the fruit fresh. We enjoyed every tasty bite. We paired with lattes which were strong and smooth. Well done Ancestors. 5 stars for sure. *The owner and staff were lovely as well. Great experience.

Stopped by yesterday simply delighted to particpate in your offering to the community! A taste of the world in the heart of Lebanon County. And the coffee and crepe did not disappoint. Had the honey Cardamom latte and a Pig and Fig crepe. I agree that the coffee is better than Starbucks and the crepe was filling and pleasured my palate with the sweet and savory. Especially appreciated the Olio offerings for sale, a bit of Italian co-op for our agricultural hearts.

My absolute favorite go-to small business coffee and crêperie that has a warm and welcoming environment. Been there enough times to get to know the owners who are just the nicest, down-to-earth individuals. I have never been disappointed in any of the options on the menu. The Pig and Fig is my all-time favorite! The only problem is there are too many good options on the menu! I enjoy each new month special and have to try them all before they are gone. Highly recommend!

always have breakfast here when we are staying in pa .service is always excellent.

Stop by Ancestor! You won't regret it.

I had the Mediterranean crepe with garlic olive oil. This was so delicious. Kalamata olives, cheese, spinach, everything was fantastic. The crepe was not over-filled, but the folks at Ancestor do not skimp on the delicious ingredients.

I later shared an apple/walnut/brie crepe with a friend and was again blown away. It came with black walnut basalmic on the side and it is delicious drizzled over the crepe. Highly recommend. This crepe was just sweet enough, fruity enough, and savory enough for us to finish every bite.

I also tried the lavender/honey latte (seasonal) and it was fantastic. Ancestor make coffee well (and they get their beans from Sonder!) I'm not often in the area but I will definitely be stopping by again as soon as possible!

The crepes are delicious (they make me the nutella one & add peanutbutter to it & drizzle caramel on top) & those who work there are super nice. This has become my halfway meeting spot with friends ♡ twice in less than 2 weeks traveling 35 minutes

Not my experience but having them ask someone to leave because of what they are wearing, really who cares your a business money is money and you just forced not just one person to leave because you didnt like what they were wearing? You lost your respect, oh and your crepes are not good. Learn to make them better.
