Don't go in hungry you will leave broke if you do. Great sandwiches and desserts

I love the smoked salmon here. And every soup I have had I liked. I especially liked the wild mushroom and the English pea with curry.

One of the best French Cafés in the region... seriously! My mother and I are from Paris and are very pleased with the high quality French food at reasonable Cafe prices. We drove nearly an hour just to go there for lunch and buy a bunch of goodies.
I now go out of my way on an increasingly regular basis. It's worth it!! Not only can you get incredible sandwiches, crepes and pastries, but light groceries and future meals! The pre-packaged ready to go soups, salads, and more are of high French quality. My 80 year old French mother was mmmming continuously asking where I got the incredible mushroom soup. Clearly it touched home to her as I smile and say, from a French owned Cafe. :-)
Bravo!!!

What a love little place. So many nice things. We had the pear pie and it was delicious! Going to try the Franch flan in the morning!

The food at French Express is e erythromycin you could expect in a patisserie in France. The food is authentic French food and preparation.
Excellent fare and a wide selection of sandwiches. Salads and pastry.
I will stop there every chance I have...I love it!!

Been here now 4 times for lunch. The atmosphere is quaint, very clean and fairly simple. The sandwiches are amazing - served on fresh French baguette with lots of high quality meat and condiments. The sandwiches are quite large too and very reasonably priced. We also get a pastry during each visit. Haven't had a bad one yet. The best so far has been the toasted almond cake. Phenomenal!
I would highly recommend this place for lunch if you're looking for something better than the norm.

Certainly the best croissants and baguettes in the county, along with various sandwiches, deli products, and patisserie. Always friendly service and clean surroundings. My choices: the chicken salad sandwich, grilled salmon, death by chocolate, and crème brùlée.

Stopped in and had the salmon. It was very good. Nice atmosphere good value. Pretty busy when I was there for lunch. Very encouraging. Stop in and check it out. Oh yeah and their giant brownies are really good. Can't wait to try the chocolate croissant.😉

Delicious! A hidden gem of a place in a small town.
