Always loved the coffee and atmosphere here but just tried the food for the first time and the breakfast sandwich I got (called Shore Points) was DELICIOUS! Soft roll and overall good construction, and gooey cheese I'd never heard of called raw milk cheddar but it was blissful.

I loved the coffee and atmosphere. Wonderfully and intriguingly designed coffee bar. I loved sitting there and relaxing as much as I loved the coffee I was sipping. Service was very friendly as well. I'm not from the area, but if I'm ever anywhere close I will definitely go again!

Backyard Beans is a wonderful coffee shop with impeccable service and high quality beverages. My family and I enjoy buying their coffee and deserts as well their coffee beans. There are vegan friends my options as well, which is essential for me. If you want to support a great local business and enjoy delicious products, this is the place for you!

Great food and excellent customer service! It was our first time here today. The chocolate chip scones, hot chocolate, latte, and coffee were delicious. Towards the end, my 6 year old was fidgeting with the lid of her hot chocolate and spilled it all over herself, the table, and floor. Poor girl was so embarrassed, that she burst into tears. I started cleaning up the mess and one of the baristas came over to reassure her in such a pleasant way, help us clean up, and asked her if she’d like a new hot chocolate. Talk about great customer service and springing into action. I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet. We’ll be back for sure!

So clean and decorated in minimalistic design with a hint of the holidays in white birch candle holders. Overall a lovely experience. Amazing assortment of gluten and dairy free choices! And the customer service is so wonderful. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I needed to replenish my coffee supply and stopped by this morning. I also ordered the Bear Hug latte and the breakfast burrito (with the pork sausage). The latte is delicious, but let me tell you that the burrito is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had; and it's huge.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area, if not my #1! They roast fresh in house and have usually over 10 different roasts you can buy as well as try. Their tea's are awesome as well. All in all a must try if in the area and looking for a good place to get coffee!

This is craft coffee at its finest. You can always tell the quality of a coffee shop by their pour overs, Backyards are some of the best and you actually taste the flavor notes in the single origin coffees. Great cold brew as well and great feel inside where all the roasting is done in house.

What a gem! Great coffee and other creative drinks, treats, and buy a bag of fresh roasted beans. Wonderful baristas they are educated in their craft, skilled, and so friendly. Love the atmosphere it’s not snobby and very much a local hangout.

Amazing coffee and atmosphere. Never had a roast or latte I didn’t like. Employees and customers make the shop feel like a home away from home. It’s quiet enough to sit and get work done, but relaxed enough to meet with friends. A+
