This place is so sweet ! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. So far every drink we've had was delightful. My brother and I go relatively often and love to pair of our lattes with some macaroons 👌. The place is very adorably decorated and is very clean.

Polite, generous staff, wonderful atmosphere, and great drinks. I had an iced vanilla latte and an iced rose latte, both were beautiful and delicious.

First of all ….the staff was UNFRIENDLY. They don’t ask …..how was your coffee? We sat down at the counter to be served but yet they insisted we come all the way back to the register to pay. Probably because they want to be tipped for unfriendly service. They hand you the coffee with NO expression. On the phones the whole time behind the counter caring less they we had commented our coffees were both served cold. My bill was 23.00 for a cold coffee. And macaroons that were horrible (frozen). The coffee was so small it has about 5 mouthfuls. Sure the flowers on the wall are pretty but 7.00 for 5 mouthfuls of coffee!? My friend and I will not return. Overpriced and unfriendly 😡

I do not know how they received any good reviews. We decided to go there for an early Mother’s Day treat, when we got there it wasn’t crowded at all . We waited 45 minutes for our coffees and biscuits, which everything came out one at a time. One coffee for one mom and then macaroons for another then biscuits which one was wrong and then another one was cold.
We were just about done with our biscuits and the coffee came out which was lukewarm. Won’t be going back again. Very disappointed !!

As soon as I walked in I was amazed by the beautiful decor, definitely an eye-opener. The cafe manager greeted me with a smile, asked if she could help me, told her it was my first time there & was waiting for a friend, she gave me a menu & explained how things work. My Smokey Earl Grey tea & Morning Glory Muffin were great, will definitely go back.

LOVED IT HERE. The people are the sweetest, the displays are always charming and rosy(they have pink Christmas trees in the winter), and the food is pretty hard to beat. I recommend the lavender macarons and all of the drinks. If you like hot coffee- the rose lattes and London fog are my faves, but if you happen to like iced and popping boba, ask around for an iced latte with boba. Always advise coming in waay before closing time so you have time to sit down, explore, and get your drinks in their fancy cups. You won't regret it!!

Everything looked pretty, but customer service skills were lacking, and unfortunately that is the difference between recommending a place or not. (In this case, not.) My husband and I saw this cafe advertised on discoverNEPA’s Instagram page and thought it looked cute, so we visited for my birthday. When we got there we were not treated as though they actually wanted to serve us. It was as if everything pretty in the store/cafe was just for show; not to be bought or ordered, and when we did order certain items we felt as though we were not paid attention to, and it was a hassle for the baristas to fulfill these requests. We ordered 2 drinks, one with non dairy milk. One was made the wrong way twice, first hot instead of cold, and the second time it was made completely the wrong flavor. The other was made with the wrong type of milk. As bad as we felt complaining, it was not as though the place was busy and we didn’t specify our order. People have food allergies and it is not the place to go if you take these things seriously, because the baristas don’t. Also, the beautiful tins of cookies they advertise on their Instagram are only for sale if you want to be looked at like you are crazy for wanting to buy them. They are a little expensive, but customers should be welcomed when interested in making a purchase, not treated as though they can’t afford what they are requesting. Overall, we would not recommend this business or return. If you don’t mind ignorance in place of customer service, this may be the place for you.

when I walked in there no one said hi or be right there with you, I had to ask how does this go they told me just order here and sit i will bring you the drinks and food, okay fine i was okay with that. why i gave it a one star was I felt invisible. Once I received my drinks, i was there before some ladies but the owner only ask them how was everything never acknowledged me and the person i came with and then when we was walking out we said bye and they acted like they didn't hear us. super rude will never go back!
