The Corner Coffee Shoppe

Had dinner two weeks prior and breakfast on this visit. We liked the dinners better! Large portions and inexpensive. Great comfort food!

My wife and I loved this place! Incredible breakfast with English muffins as big as your head...ok but they are big. Loved the location loved our server. You have to go!

The name throws me off. They have old school Folgers or Maxwell House style coffee, so if you are looking for a new age coffee shop, this isn't it. On the other had if you are looking for an old school diner, this is it. I have only ordered breakfast food, but that is all that I order from diners. It's locally owned, so that is a plus over eat'n park, or Denny's. Super friendly staff, clean classic interior and loved by the locals.

As busy as they were our waitress was our best and fulfilled all of our needs!

I visit Johnstown several times a year and always stop here. It is a truly great family atmosphere with great food at fair prices. And the staff is ALWAYS friendly.

Overall an average place. Has a 1950s dinner feel to it. Waiters are ok never had an issue with anybody. But food is average tasting. And smaller portions. Has a lottery machine which is cool to get a ticket or two while waiting for your food. But otherwise a normal dinner.

Friendly neighborhood family restaurant that has a variety of food items, including keto bread, veggie and turkey burgers for those who are eating different diets. Breakfasts are great and desserts are amazing!

The food was great, the service was awesome but I can't say enough about the owner, John, who helped my mom and I when our car wouldn't start after enjoying breakfast. He went above and beyond to help but we ended up needing a tow to the Goodyear shop John recommended. Can you believe the car started right up for Steve and Dave? There was nothing to fix and the rest of my trip was a success. Thanks John! For being a genuinely good human. It's much appreciated 💕

You could cook at home but there's days we all need a break. The next best thing...is Corner Coffee Shop. Home cooked flavorful meals for a couple bucks, served by the friendliest group of folks you could ever meet and served in a cozy atmosphere. Looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, maybe me a friend for a chat....look no further....Corner Coffee Shop is the place. Locally owned business to boot.
