White Horse Coffee & Creamery

I wouldn't say I like the way they make coffee for customers. White Horse is not a convenient or grocery store. They are a coffee shop. Then they should have a set amount of cream and sugar to make coffee. Unfortunately, when I tried ten times, ten times different tastes. That means they don't train their workers well enough. Because there was no cream bottle out, I had to ask for extra cream sometimes, and most of the workers there didn't seem that kind for my request . The quality of the coffee is good. But they need to be more trained to serve drinks. If they don't care about nasty comments because they are just a tiny local shop; I don't know what to say anymore. Otherwise I hope they would be better for their customers.

White Horse Coffee and Creamery is my favorite for delicious, hot coffee, refreshing iced tea and even occasional specialty drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owners are kind folks who are committed to the community. Likewise, the Coffee Roastery and Sustainable Marketplace (just across the street) carries several varieties of their roasted coffee beans as well as refillable cleaning and baths products, sustainable household goods, bulk snack items and fun gifts for adults and kids! Such a nice place. I’m grateful to have White Horse in my community.

Always a pleasant visit to White Horse! Their coffee is delicious and they always have fun specials. As of now, it looks like they're just doing take away and some outdoor seating. So just be aware of that when you go. They also offer order-ahead options which are really convenient. Truly the best coffee place in the area!

White horse is the best! Their coffee tastes like no other coffee out there. I literally can’t drink anything else anymore. The cozy environment is awesome, and the family that owns it is truly wonderful!

What an amazing experience! My 2 lb bag of beans arrived in a torn bag (created during shipping). I reached out to inquire if the bean integrity might be compromised and discussed proper storage. The customer service went beyond my expectations! I ended up purchasing a beautiful Airscape bean container and was also sent another 2 lb bag of complimentary beans! THANK YOU!

Quality drinks, quality atmosphere, & hard-working, friendly staff! A Unique brand that roasts its own coffee that is top-notch. my favorite roast is Gran Prix. ♥️

I was actually going to a TM orientation next door to this coffee shop. I had arrived early & sat on a bench across the street.It was a quaint little shop with tables on the sidewalk. I very much got the impression that was normal & had nothing to do with the pandemic. There was a steady stream of customers with quite a few using the tables & gossiping amongst themselves. I could tell this was a local gathering place. I got a cup of coffee which was good & went to my appointment.

I love this place! Great coffee and treats, friendly staff, cozy surroundings. I see someone I know almost every time I visit - it’s a true hub of the Jenkintown community.

White Horse has become a very nice staple of the heart of Jenkintown. Tasty desert foods, a nice selection of random yummy stuff and excellent specialty coffee makes this a true gem in the area. Try a hot Milton if you like carmel drinks, it's awesome.
