If you are looking for HIGH QUALITY coffee...Collage is the choice. Joe knows his stuff. All the beans are roasted in house and their menu rotates seasonally and monthly. They have a great selection of home brewed Kombuchas on tap including Nitro Coldbrew and other types of iced coffees.

This place has good, authentic coffee and tea made in almost any way you prefer. It has a chill atmosphere with good people behind the counter ready to serve each customer with a smile.

Has incredible Kombucha on tap, the best origins of beans in town (best tasting coffee), and a magical sense of community. Keep up the great work Collage!

This place makes the best hot chocolate!! It's a very relaxed and family friendly place and they don't seem to mind you staying there for a long time to work on school work and what not. I especially like that they are open later into the evening.

Friendly service and the coffee is by far the best you will find in a 50 mile radius. Absolutely delicious. I just wish they were open from Mon-Sat!
