Delicious gluten free treats!!! So very good!! Best coffee and yummy kombucha! Beautifully decorated shop with a wonderful atmosphere! Relax, get work done or enjoy with friends or family!

Staff was friendly. Ordered an iced latte, iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Ice coffee tasted like water, and iced latte tasted like milk. Neither had a coffee taste. I was traveling through town and expected alot more from a coffee roaster. The breakfast sandwich was good. I don't live near here, but if I did , I would not return.

I went here when it was brand new and got a Costa Rica Geisha pour-over and a savory tart. I can't say I was impressed by either item, as the coffee tasted like a good costa rica but a medoicre geisha, and the tart was far from fresh. I would certainly return, and it seems like the type of place that serves the best coffee for miles and miles. The barista working was friendly and gave me good service, and the equipment to brew coffee behind the bar was clearly all well thought out and researched. I'd love to see what this place is like in a month or so.

Profile Coffee is The Real Deal, folks. Everything, from their product to the decor, is perfect. The owners and staff understand what a great business should incorporate, and they certainly exceed those expectations. The evidence is prominently displayed by a masterful staff, professional machines, quality dishware, uncomplicated menus, unique delicious pastries, artisan coffees (without pretension) and a quaintness that doesn't pander to novelty. Even their carry-out amenities are amazing! (Compostable utensils as sturdy as silverware, formidable bags, high quality cups/lids & heat shields.) My wife and I were totally blown away by this incredible oasis. Thank you for doing EVERYTHING correct!

This place is amazing and it makes me so happy that there is finally something in the area like this. Friendly staff that make delicious lattes that helped me be decisive on my macaroon choices.
They have a lot of variety and it's an awesome opportunity to SUPPORT LOCALS! I went more than once on my visit home and enjoyed lattes, macro s, kombucha, etc.... Everything was amazing!

Good coffee, typical high end experience and price. Clean big house nice spot for a quiet coffee, chat with friends in an upstairs room. WiFi. You can turn off speaker in your room if you want quiet. Tables for laptop or cards, cushy chairs or wooden.

Quiet calm atmosphere. Friendly people and great tasting coffee. They sell gluten free wholesome breakfast pastries. Nice private rooms for small meetings.

Profile Coffee and Roasters offers excellent, friendly service and a wonderful selection of delicious, highly customizable drinks and scrumptious pastries, with local ingredients represented. The building itself is wonderfully kept and tastefully decorated, with a variety of sitting - rooms with an array of comfortable chairs and tables suitable for couples and groups. The lavatory is exceptionally clean. Books, magazines, and even some coffee - table games are offered. Wi-Fi is available, and pleasant music plays throughout. A thoroughly excellent place to relax and enjoy a hot beverage and some tranquility.

Just stopped by and got a salted caramel pumpkin latte with almond milk. Top shelf quality! Reminds me of home! Amazing job, great atmosphere, great service. This place is awesome!! Thanks very much!

Excellent choice if you are looking for a great cup of coffee that is roasted locally. I highly recommend the Cameroon and Honduras coffee beans, they are roasted perfectly so you can taste the true flavors of the coffee and not just taste a dark roast.
