Decent place, friendly workers. Bagel was really good, tho like most places they throw WAY too much cream cheese on them. However, either the milk in my Mocha latte was horribly soured or they just have no idea how to make them. Only managed a couple sips. The taste has been in my mouth all day. Absolutely vile.

I work in the area and Morgantown Coffee House is one of my favorite places for lunch! They always have a great rotating menu - my favorite is the chicken salad sandwich of the day! They also have a delicious iced London Fog!

Today was my bridal shower at the Morgantown Coffee House. I can not begin to say how perfect of an event this was. The coffee house staff was beyond phenomenal. They graciously hosted, served and cleaned after the group which allowed for an amazing experience. Thank for a beautiful day!

A great spot to sit and get a drink and do some work. Good employees. Sometimes the music is too loud, but fine usually.

I had the smoked salmon toast on sourdough bread. My husband had sweet mocca cream cheese on a bagel. We enjoyed every bite down to the last morsel.

Best coffee shop in the area, and every food item I have tried has been excellent. Last visit, I tried the Hopped Cold Brew and I was pleasantly surprised and would get it again.
To top things off, the staff is very friendly and Great to work with.
Update 02/16/2019 - I've been stopping by for breakfast regularly and just want to highlight that their breakfast menu is excellent. Not to mention that the quality of food you get is an incredible value . So thankful that we have this shop in the community!

The food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Update on 9/15/2020. This place has gone down hill. They didnt have half if the items on the menu. Forgot the cheese on my sandwich and were all around unfriendly.
Best breakfast in atleast 50 miles. Amazing music playlist, best eggs benedict in PA. Amazing pork belly great selection of teas and coffee

The company (Sheds Unlimited) I work for recently moved to Morgantown, so my wife and I decided to give this place a try. We had lunch here and enjoyed the classic BLT and turkey club sandwiches. They sound like normal sandwiches but they’ve taken them and added ingredients to them. They are a bit exotic. So is the fall lemonade mocktail (cinnamon, honey, and soda). There are not many restaurants or coffee shops in Morgantown, but I will be back here many more times!

For all the hype, all the good ratings, and the 4.8 stars from 117 reviews, ive gotta say we were very very disappointed.
The food: it was not bad. But. It wasnt great. There was no wow factor. It was just decent food, for a price way too expensive. Decent food should be priced accordingly. We had an omelette, a kid size pancakes, and a turkey club. The omelette could have been fluffier, and the toppings should have been cooked a little bit more. The sandwich was not proportionate. There was SO MUCH turkey, a tomato slice, a stack of cucumber slices, greens, and the bread. The hops mayo was very good, we'll give them that. The pancakes has chocolate chips, and those were good. Fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth, chocolate in every bite.
The coffee: decent, slightly better than regular gas station coffee. I drink my coffee black, but i had to add milk to this coffee because it was much too acidic. It could be good coffee, just mayhe with a few changes.
The price: too big. They charge olive garden prices for burger king quality. $30 for breakfast for two? Thats a bit much. If the food was AMAZING, we wouldn't have minded paying. But again, it was mediocre.
The place: not as clean as it seems. The employees seem to care juuust not enough. Wiping crumbs onto the floor is a very good way to invite pests. Kitchen cleanliness should be a top priority, not a second thought. Clean rags should be everywhere, right? The griddle should be wiped with a clean rag, not one that can use a wash. The whole place is a bit trendy/hipster. They bring your silverware in a mason jar =) The decor is nice, but some of the chairs can use a fix.
Conclusion: overly glorified cafe. Quaint and cozy, but a letdown.
