Folklore is hands down the best coffee shop in Central PA. Where to start? Well, the venue is inspired from literature with a wide open floor plan so you don't feel cramped. The drinks are always prepared masterfully, with a creative seasonal menu that always offers something new to try. The menu is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a lite dinner. Highly recommend the Finn McCool panini. Service is always friendly, and there is outdoor seating for the summertime. Whether you're looking to catch up with an old friend or need a fresh place to work for the day, Folklore has it all.

Folklore is one of my favorite coffee shops! I love love love the environment. The staff are always so nice and the drink s and food are delicious. My favorite is that they have a relaxed atmosphere with couches and comfy chairs to sit in if you need to study or just chat with friends.

Such a wonderful atmosphere and then it just gets better from there. Everything here is made in house and IS DELICIOUS. Specialty drinks thoughtfully inspired by baristas who are friendly and helpful and treat everyone with respect. Cozy and fun. Inspired and inspiring. Came with a friend and we talked for what felt like hours. And drank delicious coffees. And ate. I can't wait to return!

I wish I could give you a fat ZERO. Poor service, food ok and staff shortage. A shame.

The homemade cinnamon flavor in an iced latte is pure Heaven.

Great coffee shop, makes this town worth the visit. Huge inside, just don't go downstairs.
