Java & Friends

We moved to 3rd street in east Greenville in August 2020 and discovered Java & Friends the first weekend we lived here. We have been getting breakfast from there almost every weekend since. Great breakfast sandwiches, coffee and pastries. They even give my pup a snack if he walks down with us. Highly recommend! 🖤

We rode our bikes over 30 miles and found this lovely place for a much needed break. We forgot our Covid masks so the sweet, sweet employee not only met us outside - took our order, allowed us to pay via credit card and brought our drinks outside to us. 100% above expectations. Service was tremendous. The coffee was delicious and very well priced. Would highly recommend!!

I am changing my earlier review. Why you ask? This place has gotten even better! The staff of Java and Friends didn't waste a good pandemic. Their menu has expanded. Their bake goods are even more yummier and....wait for it....their breakfast burrito is like no other. Don't believe me? Try it! Ask for it Scott style. It's the best. You can use this spot as a hangout with friends or to conduct a meeting. Top notch spot for all your cafe needs.

I also worked with Java & Friends to supply a local school with a grab and go breakfast due to Covid. They were amazing to work with and were very accommodating. They individually wrapped each item for the staff and clearly labeled everything. The teachers and staff were very thankful and said how delicious everything was.

I would recommend them again and again!

Great coffee. Beautiful place. Only complaints were the fans were very dirty and the egg on our sandwich was very well done and brown. The girl behind the counter was very nice though.

I haven't gotten to really experience this place yet other than a cup of coffee to go, but I want people to know that this place is open during the COVID outbreak and is in need of local support. Please consider buying your coffee and breakfast sandwiches at this place on your way to work or during your morning stroll instead of going to... ahem... the other coffee and breakfast sandwich chain that we all know is a half mile down the street... This husband-wife team needs the business a lot more!

Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the coffee and the food. Great selection of Cafe type foods and a small selection of bakery items.

Great coffee and the only place I know of in this area that serves real bagels from NY! The owners were friendly and very accommodating! We are going back real soon!!!

I love the soup here. The baked goods and specialty coffee is wonderful too but you really can't get a better cup of soup anywhere.
