Very nice and welcoming place. Nice atmosphere with good sitting arrangements. The location is convenient. Good quality coffee. Selection of baked good is simple and straight forward. Loved the flavor of the dark roast, which was on the lighter side of dark roast for me.

Spacious, elegant and very peaceful coffee shop. Dan, the roaster, takes great care to source the best beans and to roast them to perfection. The staff is super friendly and I’ve only been impressed with every drink they’ve prepared, including my most recent order of hot chocolate latte with a shot of espresso.

Absolutely love this place. The iced chai is my favorite. I love the avocado on sourdough with egg! There pastries are tasty too. The Interior is cute as well Definitely one of our go to spots.

Recently opened coffee shop. Spacious, clean interior, lots of tables. Beautiful, fireplace with comfy chairs although a bit sterile environment probably because it's brand new. I love that it's women owned business. I think they are just figuring things out and there is a plan for some food. They invite people to spend time and do their work/homework which is great. I am picky about my cappuccino and it's really good. I don't like the fact that every time you have to ask for sugar and the fact that there are no real mugs or cups ( there is a difference if you drink your cappuccino from paper cup vs ceramic or glass) There is nothing on the counter to serve yourself (cinnamon, honey, simple syrup, raw or white sugar). So far as far as pastries there are muffins. I love coffee shops and I am excited for them to grow into being local community hub. I miss creative coffee shops of California. Go get your cuppa and support your local coffee shop not Starbucks.

Very spacious and open. Well decorated interior with beautiful wood tables. Loud music is pleasantly absent. The espresso-based drinks are good and they have unique flavors of tea. They also sell hats, mugs, and sweatshirts. Nice place! Glad to have it so near! Only issue is that they don't seem to have prices posted up on the larger menu.

Awesome new coffee shop! Their Nitro coffee was amazing! Cute and cozy with a lot of seating options inside.

First time in and fell in love immediately. The barista was super sweet and introduced the menu to me and she was very informative. Coffee is SO YUMMY! BLUEBERY MUFFIN TO DIE FOR! Clean and quiet. LOVED! Will be returning 1000000000x

My daughter and I went and are simple coffee drinkers. We were a little unsure of what to order. The girl who waited on us was so helpful and very patient. 2 bagels, 2 lattes, 15.00. Worth every penny. We will definitely be going back!

Super cute coffee shop tucked away in a strip mall, very convenient location. The coffee is wonderful and their matcha is delicious! Very friendly staff and plenty of comfortable seating. Very affordable as well, just wish they had prices readily posted. Would definitely recommend!

The salted caramel latte is exquisite, especially given the creative blends from Tiny House Roasters’ beans. The atmosphere is perfect and the avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had. You must try this new coffee gem in Downingtown.
