Absolutely LOVE Cornerstone. I have eaten here, stopped by for a quick coffee, and even taken a cooking class with my dad. On all accounts this shop has excellent service. They sell a lot of their flavored coffees in bags as well, and will grind it for you if you prefer not to take home whole-beans. My favorite snack is their spinach and feta cheese croissant. The caramel lover's coffee is especially delicious. The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff are wonderful! I highly recommend!

I take it all back. Inconsistent in their drinks. Sometimes very rude. If you order a coffee drink, it is never the same - from very strong to very weak. Sometimes heavy on the milk vs heavy froth. When you call attention to a problem, they argue with you and say it must be your lack of taste.

In response: I did call, and emailed almost 2 months ago. This is supposedly a "woman" owned business and I got a call from a man, who was quite belligerent claiming to be the owner.
During the pandemic, I frequented your establishment everyday and on average put $100-$200 per week into your establishment, plus I tip heavily. I do not expect anything out of the ordinary, I expect only politeness and not to be ridiculed. I can name names, but I choose not to. I did not cause a scene, left the store and called the owner and the manager. I don't even get the courtesy of a call.

From my perception, I felt you and Sue were for some reason "afraid" to deal with me, and I had given NO REASON for you to be afraid. I said NOTHING AND DID NOTHING UNTOWARD, but leave the establishment because I was quite angry. That insult was the ultimate and there is zero you can do to ameliorate the situation.

Good, but not great. Staff usually not very friendly and more interested in socializing than making your drink. I usually don't gripe about that stuff, but the line was growing and I was waiting at the cash register while she talked to her coworker and ignored me while she was literally a foot away from me. This has happened to me every time I come here, and my average waiting time for a drink is usually 10+ minutes from the time I order it.

First time here, got the breakfast burrito and a latte and it was delicious. They were very busy and everyone behind the counter were still really friendly and my food and coffee was ready fast! 10/10 !

Drinks and food were great! The drinks were also ready within a couple minutes, despite how busy it was. The food took about 10 minutes longer than the drinks

Cornerstone is by far my favorite coffee shop. The cappuccino is always perfect. The lunches are really good too. I absolutely love the avocado toast. It's the best! The quiche, soups and salads are always fresh and delicious. I am also a big fan of the healthy breakfast cookie. The punch card is a plus and I always look forward to the free one.

If you want to try something different, healthy, and delicious, Cornerstone Coffeehouse is the place to go! Their food is delicious and memorable.

They also provide catering, and I have gotten good feedback from those who ate their catering. It's something more interesting than the standard soup and sandwiches, or pizza, that becomes so tiresome after a while. Give them a call and find out what unique offerings they have, lately!

The drinks were okay.

The customer service is uncomfortably bad. Asked about items on menu and she said either she didn't like the item or was something she never tried. The drinks took a real time as the girl making them was distracted and confused when making the drinks.

The whole time the employees were, distant?

While we were waiting a guy asked about refills. He got a cold montone and dismissive "50 cents" response.

The place just feels uncomfortable.

Two stars for the place being wicked clean and nice as well as the frappe being good.

The customer service is enough to make me not go back at least at night. Maybe the day staff are more professional.

Cute coffeehouse with friendly staff. I'd recommend the place for a laid back and very reasonably priced beverage if you're in the area, but the're overselling the place on the quality of their espresso. After asking what beans they serve the answer was 'just espresso beans' and the taste was alike. Nothing special, just dark roasted bitterness

The atmosphere inside is okay. I appreciate the art on the walls and the music but it doesn't have a well formed aesthetic and feels old and worn.

I got an espresso and a cookie and they were both very good. The espresso used coffee roasted a little dark for me but it was extracted very well. I asked the barista for a pairing with the espresso and she recommended the 'snow day' cookie which was delicious on it's own and made the espresso taste better.

This is a good spot to relax and do work or something. The roaster is not on the level of a craft third wave roaster but the shop does a good job.
