Visited all the way from Florida! It was so worth it! It was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was great and I loved all the merchandise they had to offer! I ordered an Americano which was super tasty! The coffee was smooth and still had lots of flavor. One of my favorite things was the pin board where you can pin where you are from. That was fun to know that you were able to make a personal mark of your experience! I will definitely come back next time I’m in town 🫶🏼

Beautiful coffee shop. Very spacious inside and well kept. I ordered the marshmallow latte and my husband got an iced chai. Both delicious. Service is great and the girl that placed my order is so sweet and everyone was so kind. Definitely a new favorite when in town visiting family.

We stopped in for a cold brew while we window shopped Main Street. The service was very friendly, the store was clean and very organized, and the bathroom was well kept. We tried the toasted marshmallow and brown sugar cinnamon flavors in our cold brews and they were tasty!

First time here. I cant say enough about this unique, fun, energetic place to be. I love the vibes! Ordered a mocha frappe, java chip frappe, 2 bagels, blueberry muffin, double chocolate chip muffin. The bagels were perfectly toasted, warm, soft, and FRESH!! Muffins were SOOO DELICIOUS 😋!!! The coffee was soo good and the taste was amazing!! Hands down will be a go-to place to stop at when returning to Lehigh Valley are.

“Aren’t you going to take a rose?” That’s one of the things I will take away from my last visit to Bitty and Beau’s. My mom saw that a new coffee shop had opened. She told me about it and what the story was and I knew I needed to go. I wasn’t having a good day, but had made plans to go to this new coffee shop with my friend. We were hoping that this visit would cheer us up. We ordered our coffees, and when we went to pick them up, we were asked if we were going to take a rose. We noticed a bouquet of yellow roses and each took one. It made our days.
I absolutely love the story behind this coffee shop. It all started because a couple had two children and wanted them to have the opportunity to work and not be discriminated against. They have opened up over 20 stores and hire people who have special needs to give everyone these opportunities. As someone who works with people who are developmentally disabled, I understand their want to be included and to go out and even work. They have over 20 locations all over the U.S., and this is amazing because it’s giving everyone new opportunities.
The entire experience is amazing, and I would go out of my way to get coffee there. When you walk in, there is merchandise all along the wall and there is a lot of seating, if you are looking for a space to do work. As they do have a lot of seating, it is not very comfortable because it is just hard wood benches.
The prices are a little expensive, like the keychains, which are $12. Is that expensive? Yes. But did I buy one? Also yes. Everyone is so welcoming and you feel a positive energy when you walk in. A latte is about $5.50 for a 16 ounce, they also have a 12 ounce option. I would compare the prices to Starbucks, which is also a little bit pricey. I enjoy how they have several different flavors like caramel, mocha, and vanilla. There’s also several other flavors including their pumpkin flavor for fall. I also enjoy how they have multiple types of drinks including lattes and frappes. I only wish they would add a little less milk and a little extra coffee. I haven't tried to but maybe I can ask for an extra shot in my lattes.
They have a small selection of food to choose from, and they’re very basic things, so it’s not overwhelming. They have muffins, bagels, and cookies. There is food but the main focus is drinks. They have a couple less options than Starbucks. For example, they don’t have sandwiches like Starbucks does.
It is a great environment with great people who genuinely seem to enjoy being there. I just love how they write special notes on the bags and cups! I will definitely be returning.

This shop reminded me of Starbucks except with more on sale merchandise wise. I like how they are a disabled run shop. A very great idea indeed. I ordered cold brews with flavor only. It was surely worth the stop. They had lovely interior design especially the world map where you can see who visited around the globe. However, the parking is the reason for my 4 stars. You have to inconvenience yourself to download an app to park. Now perhaps this is okay for visitors looking to spend the day here but I only stopped just for this coffee shop. Be warned. The area is not the safest or best.

Such a lovely place to have coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese! There's little tables and benches. The staff are so friendly. They are very creative and use playing cards to call you when your order is ready. I will be back again soon !

Absolutely great coffee shop! We loved this place, and apparently, we were not alone with our sentiment. Those is a local favorite. Recommend this to shake off the cold, enjoy a hot beverage.

My favorite place to get coffee! Everyone is always pleasant, coffee and food are delicious, and somehow I always end up going home with a sweatshirt or new mug. I love everything about the reason why and I am so happy to support this business as frequently as possible.

A wonderful business concept where excellent coffee and pasties are sold in a store where many of the employees face challenges such as Down’s syndrome. The service is quick and reliable and the design and coffee are top notch. Bravo! I love the hot mocha too.
