Merchant Coffee Co.

It was my first visit to Merchant Coffee Company, and not my last. I ended up getting a Vanilla Cold Brew with Foam! The drink was amazing! If you haven’t been to this location in Ambridge make a drive over to do so. You will love it!! I also got to meet with one of the owners and he was very friendly and open to conversation.

Do not go there. Seriously 😅

The always friendly and smiling staff is the number one reason to go there.
They serve Commonplace Coffee which is definitely the best around.
So, head over there, order one of their awesome espresso based drinks, give the staff nice smile and even nicer tip, sit inside or outside and enjoy!

Merchant Coffee is the best! Not only are the drinks delicious, but they are wonderful to work with! We recently held an event at Life Family Church where we were providing coffee and cold brew for over 100 people. They were more than happy to work with us, providing exactly what we needed and doing so with excellence. They aren't just a great coffee shop to visit, but they'll work with you and your events! Awesome experience here. Coffee i great, options are great, staff is welcoming and experienced. Community oriented as well. Perfect small town coffee shop!

Phenomenal coffee shop. In my opinion the best in Pittsburgh. A chill and comforting vibe with lots of space, great decorations and seating, good choice of music, but the baristas are what really makes it. They view the drinks they make as art and the taste reflects it. Friendly and accommodating. Not snooty. The atmosphere they create makes it a spot you could hang out for hours.

Very beautiful coffee shop with wonderful options. I drink tea and it was good to have a variety of choices. The worker was very helpful and even gave a little sample. The blackberry scone was very good! I would like to go back soon to try other tea flavors!

Came in to try this establishment on a Sunday with my wife. We both ordered bubble tea, each of us got different flavors. BUYER BEWARE! Bland af! I basically paid 6 dollars each for chewy pieces in ice water. I've had this type of tea all over and this is apitiful representation .

Storefront was clean, well lit, and very spacious. Service was quick and the baristas where friendly and cheerful even though it was busy. Nice decor and atmosphere. The coffee and muffin was great. Will return. It's a nice addition to Ambridge.
