Very poor service. Was served our drinks by the bartender, waitress never once came to our table waited @1\2 hour never had our order taken even though others that came in after us had their orders taken when questioned waitress stated that she was alone and couldn't handle it. Was rude to our daughter. Left without eating. Not the first time we have had bad service. Food may be good but have no idea as we didn't get any

I’ve been to Willee’s twice now and definitely will not be returning.
The first time was a few months ago. The waitress took our order and we waited and waited and waited... they were busy so we were being patient. Well 45 minutes passed so we flagged down our waitress and asked how much longer it would be... she apologized and informed us that she forgot to even PLACE our order with the kitchen. So we then waited an additional 20 minutes before even receiving our food.
Today, I place a to-go order and when I got there, it wasn’t ready, so I decided to have a beer while I waited. I asked the waitress what kind of beer they had and she answered shortly with “oh, lots.” Okay, well that doesn’t help me when I am an avid craft beer enthusiast. Beer is not “just beer” to me. She walked away from me and then came back and I said, “okay well I want an IPA...” she doesn’t say anything, walks away and then comes back with an already opened bottle of Apocalypse IPA, sets it down in front of me and walks away again. This irritated me because 1. She didn’t even ASK if that was okay nor did she even answer my question of what kind of beer they had in the first place. And Apocalypse might be fine for someone new to IPA beers, but it’s trash in my opinion. And secondly, she didn’t even check my ID and I am freshly 24 as of last month.
I thought oh whatever who cares I’ll just suck it up and drink it. Paid for my meal and beer... $17 and left. I get to my location and open it and there is NO utensils, NO napkins, and NO ham that I specifically paid EXTRA to be put into my veggie omelet.
It’s ridiculous that I paid $17 for food that wasn’t even how I wanted it and a beer that I truly didn’t want. Never going back.

Horrible, not once but twice on two different occasions I was served sour gravy with my meal, very displeased with how the waitress handled it also...i asked for a manager she said their not here then proceeded to say well the cooks are the managers, which is it?? Anyways, that's the last time I will ever eat there this happened on 2/1/2021 around 11:30am

Service was excellent, the Monday special tasted great&chicken was so extremely tender. I will give the Monday Special a 10+. They also have the best apple pie. Thank you once
again for a great meal.

Not sure if it was because the bar side was busy. But the waitress was too overwhelmed and forgot about my mixed drink. I waited at least 20 minutes for it. Our food took a long time to come out. My husband's water ran dry. I had to give him mine. Don't think we will eat here again

Came in and tried to use the bathroom before eatin, main dining area can't handle dumps apparently, went to the bar to find a sitting toilet with no door facing the urinal, awesome lol. Decided to try the burger mac soup with my reuben, waitress described it as hamburger helper, it was more like mac and burger in congealed snot which was lukewarm, reminded me of lunch in junior high but worse. Reuben was ok but light on meat. Would obviously not recommend. Can I at least go somewhere to take a dump?

Willie's is full of charm and personality. From the moment you walk through the door to the whole time your here be prepared for lots of great service, smiles, laughs and awesome food. You feel like you are part of a family here. If your in Winston be sure and enjoy this place. You dont want to miss out!!
