Dutch Bros Coffee

Super friendly, awesome people. It was my son's birthday and they gave him his free drink and added extra whip asking him his plans. He turned six, this absolutely made his day. Along with a few of his gifts this was the most talked-about thing for the next week.

Super long wait times, music is so loud they can't hear your order. Last 3 times I've been there for Italian soads they squeeze the can forcing it out and when i get my drink its flat. Dutch brown youve really lost your quality and customer service at multiple locations.

I frequent this stand, however, today the baristas literally spent 5 minutes standing around outside talking with their friends that had come up to buy coffee from them. I felt this was unprofessional to other customers. I'm normally very happy with this stand, but the kids working today were goofing around and should be encouraged to consider their professional image and people's time frames/schedules.

This dutch bro can't seem to make your coffee the way the customers ask and when they are asked politely to fix it they act as if you are doing something wrong. They didn't even fix the drink and they handed it back to me sticky and dripping down the cup. I feel like when I pay 5 dollars for a coffee it should be right. I spend a lot on dutch brothers every month. This is only like 2 weeks worth of stamps. I will no longer be spending any money at this coffee stand.

Really unhappy with the service lately. I've been a customer since Dan was the manager. And the difference is might & Day. The new manager is consistently rude. She does that fake nice thing occasionally but most of the tume acts put upon. This stands Only saving grace are the two male baristas Luke & Nate. They need to revamp this stand get a new manager & assistant. Because this is why I don't go to Human Bean. Women that act like this.

I was at this location almost every morning and these guys greet me with a smile on their face and make it a point to remember my name! These guys are awesome and have my drink ready for me pretty much when I pull up to the window! Love them!!!

For some reason Google thinks this drive up drink place is somewhere you can sit and eat at. It's a drive thru coffee place and I'm not a coffee drinker. The smoothies and hot chocolates are delicious. They do have snack like things such as breads and muffins but not large food order type of things.

Rarely get the order right. New app and point system is a scam. 180day sunset on points? Why? The company has changed a lot in the last couple years, now its just not the same.
