Hillbilly Brews Espresso

I can’t find any contact information, so unfortunately I feel it’s necessary to leave this review. We live in Alvadore and have been going to this coffee stand for years. But, in the last 6 months, one person in particular, who seems to always be working there, is so incredibly rude. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop/stand. Baristas are supposed to be friendly! But the rudeness is just crazy! I always feel like an inconvenience. And today was the last straw.

As a business owner, I feel it’s important to make sure you are represented well by your employees. I’d appreciate it if someone could be in touch with me so I can explain in more detail. Everyone in my household and business have had the same experience. We won’t be spending our money here unless things change. We want to support our local coffee stand! I hope customer service will improve so we can.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. My family is usually a group of dbros fanatics, but we tried this out and they loved it! I really enjoyed the selection of Italian soda flavors and my roommate enjoyed the cookies and cream mocha they whipped up for her. All in all I'd go back again :-) maybe snag up one of the cute little hot drink cozies they had hanging in the windows!

These gals are fabulous. The coffee are delicious. Today we got an "iced mocha" a "gitter done" and a child's semi-hot chocolate and never have I gotten a bad drink yet! thank you

Exellent friendly service. Great menus. Food quality is exceptional. Two locations in Veneta for quick services during busy hours.

I love this place. Always super friendly and they'll make your drink just how you want it. I've always been morbidly fascinated by the 32 oz red bull with 10 pumps of flavoring that they offer. Do people order it? Has anyone died?

Shout out to the girl at the shop tonight in Ray's parking! 🤘 Even though we got there a couple minutes before closing she happily made the drink I requested and kept the smile on her face the whole time! Thank you it was a superb interaction and the drink was delicious! 😋

Coffee is not great, and the staff is unfriendly. Go across the street to cup of joe they are extremely friendly and the coffee is delicious.

The service was worse than a coffee. And the coffee was not good at all. Went through Venetia at 8:30 AM Wednesday, November 6.
The two female workers were too busy talking to themselves over non-work related topics. One of their boyfriends was occupying one of the lanes for 15 minutes. Which create an extremely long line on one side. What a joke. It sad that some business owners and managers are forgetting how to implement a good customer service with their employees.

Omg the best espresso milkshake. Heavenly! Start is exceptional and fun.
