Friendly service. Cocoa is made with chocolate syrup imitation but, they did have dairy free options (plural, more than one :-) ).

Love this place yummy sweets and coffee...but waiting anything over 20 minutes is to long to get a quick coffee....coffee is fast...but waiting on others ordering breakfast burritos is frustrating.
