Don't get me wrong, I love the new Dutch. Unfortunately I think there's more "miscommunication" than anything here. Everytime I come here, there is something wrong. Order a double blended drink and it ends up coming out like a slushii, I tell them not to put a flavor in the drink because of allergies and they put the flavor in. I order a muffin top and get to the window and I have to repay for it. I know the morning shifts are hard for some people but come on, you're more focused on how many drinks you can get out than actually doing the drinks correctly. I hope they start to listen to people. Great location just wish for different staff I also hope they stop ignoring people at the window.

Normally great service but I get the wrong mixture in my drinks regularly. Most likely cause new staff requires more training, or some employees were trained on the wrong measurements.
