We came to this coffee shop and asked for a 16oz. Peanut butter mocha and also if the lady could split it into two cups. The girl helping said "sure" and closed the window to make our drink. The next thing we know we see this familiar lady SHOUT at us!!! The lady with the whitish/gray hair unprofessionally scolded us saying "I don't know how many times I've had to tell you but I'll tell you again!!! We WILL NOT split your drink for give you or give you an extra cup!!!" She continued to loose her cool and literally said "you are so disrespectful!" I can't even start to describe how sloppy and unprofessional she was! At the very least she could have calmly once again explained that they did not split the drink. She simply could have had the smarts to request us to pay for an extra cup. I have heard from most of my family and friends that this place really stinks .. The ONLY reason why these people survive is because it is one of the 3 drive through coffee places in this small town. I am not sure why this particular individual works with coffee OR people seeing how she cannot modify a coffee order well and she certainly has NO concept of customer service!!! Thankfully, because of this awful experience we found another coffee place that makes better peanut butter mochas and have excellent customer service. We told our new coffee people our appalling coffee story at the Daily Buzz and they were not only great people to talk to, they split our drink in two cups WITH WHIPCREAM for FREE!!! So, we were not hesitant to give our new friends a very generous tip, along with our continual business!!!
My wife and I wanted to get a large and split it. No extra modifications, just make a large blended drink and put it into two cups instead of one. They have done this for us before, which is good customer service, but the last few times they have refused to, demanding that we pay for two smalls instead. Which makes them more money for zero extra work. Even if they wanted to charge for the extra cup that would be fine, but instead the lady threatened to refuse to serve us and blamed the owner for the rules. Having been in customer service for over 12 years, raising your voice at customers is never ever acceptable. Unless the owner makes some changes, we will never be back.
Being back to what I call my home town I missed these lil coffee huts vs the chain conglomerates. We got such sweet friendly service and prices were great too. Haven’t paid $5 for 2 coffee drinks at regular menu price in a long time. The pricing can vary depending on who’s working that’s the only inconsistency we found. However, they’re our fav by far in Stayton. Props to the owner for choosing their coffee crew.
Fast line and I like how they dont grill you about your day.. Coffee drink was super sweet though and barely could taste the coffee. Maybe it was the drink choice. I would go again but I will probably ask for half sweet next so I can taste the actual coffee
They have a lot of fun flavors to add to your drinks! I got the mint mocha latte which was pretty good! It was a little on the sweet side, but still very good.
