Fast Lane Coffee Co

I was charged $5 for an iced American with flavor. An iced americano was $3.50 and to add flavor is $1. He charged me for a mocha which is stated as $4.50 but then charged me more because an americano has more shots then a mocha. I didn’t order a mocha. He said he did this because his boss texted him said so. I was also up charged for adding cream to my americano which was not stated was an up charge. He also wasn’t wearing a mask.

I visited old Crow and altogether avoid Dutch Bros and this place by far is the best in this area. Service is fast and friendly and the coffee taste great! I typically order a vanilla latte but their Mexican mocha also taste delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

I don't stray far from my local coffee shops I frequent. But found myself needing a cup of coffee in a different end of town. Fast lane was my choice. I pull up order a drink and watch her rush through my order with sloppy regard to detail. I looked away and expected my drink to taste horrible. I get the drink and it was unsatisfactory. Honestly ruined my day! To the lady working the early morning Sunday shift please just take your time and pay attention. People should be held accountable! Thank you but no thank you

It's like he jumped into my brain and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you again Alex! Will recommend to anyone traveling in the area or live in the area! 😊

With all of my bad experiences in Springfield at various coffee shops, didn't think I'd ever find a new favorite since moving from Creswell. This place is awesome. Prices are reasonable, love the happy hour specials and contests on facebook. Shows you aren't greedy and give back to the customers.

My favorite coffee place in town. Great customer service, great selection of drinks and decently priced. Fast Lane also does alot for the community and I love supporting businesses that support their town as well.

Can't make it through the morning without a good cup of coffee! The people there are friendly and fast. Orders are always accurate. Been going there so long they know my car and my order before I pull up.

Worst coffee ever, charge for a dubble shot and just wash the first shot twice.
I heard the gal tell that to the other one she was"training" how to wreck your latte.
Go anywhere but here, I would rather not have my morning coffee than get ripped off by this outfit.

Should be called Sunday driver coffee, not fast lane. Good coffee but not worth the wait. 15 minutes today with only 1 car in front of me that was there already when I pulled up, and they only had 1 small drink. Lunch break?? GONE.

I live fast lane. The people are amazing, the owner is the coolest person ever. Thanks for being the all stars you are.
