The coffee remains high quality - that is great (price increase was not welcomed but understandable). SCC has been a "go to" spot for many years - one of my favorite places. There appears to be new management and with it a lot of changes. The new remodel has a less friendly and more industrial urban feel. The photographs on the wall no longer reflect Sisters or the rural cowboy/ranch life - instead seemed more Portland (again, that is in line with the remodel but does not reflect local culture). Perhaps it has just been the four times I've been in this winter but at no point were the staff smiling or appearing to have fun. They were efficient and polite, but not engaging.

Great atmosphere! I pulled up one morning and they had a fire going in a fire pot for people to warm up to while drinking their coffee. Oh and the coffee was good too! 🙂

This place has a couple of good drinks, but everything is extremely overpriced. Used to have really good BLT, but now everything went out of season according to them, even though you can still just get it at trader joe's. Now have they squash toast (which I don't know who's brilliant idea that was), and there is only one semi-decent thing on the menu now. Also, whenever I did order a BLT, they forgot about it and I would have to wait an hour.

Great coffee and very spacious. Nice variety of different brew methods. Food selection can run a bit low by the end of the day, but that's not unbearable. Worth a visit. I come back time and time again.

This was my favorite coffee shop along the whole Pacific Crest Trail! Excellent lattes, scrumptious food, and a super cozy, lodge-stye vibe. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely stop in again the next time I'm in the area!

I enjoy visiting Sisters Oregon. It is refreshing and invigorating in the Fall with vivid colors. The restaurants are nice, with good food, a few overpriced. The shops a welcoming, the rock shop is one of our favorites. Excellent hiking and walks within easy distance from the town.

Can we give this awesome coffee shop 100 stars please?!?!? We've seen sister's coffee in grocery stores throughout our travels so it was a real treat to stop by in person. My hubby had the coconut milk latte with no sweetener. He says it is the best coffee he's ever tasted! YOU ROCK! :)

Would not go here again. The cold brew was bitter and our drinks were not iced nearly enough to get them cold. I asked for cream and vanilla and I did get some cream but the coffee had no vanilla taste or sweetness. Very harsh. Pretty much threw them out.

I Love The Rustic Feel Of it. It's so cozy in there, love the fireplace. The staff is so friendly, smiles all around. Great food and drink. The only thing that's hard is they have gotten so busy that sometimes we cannot find a seat.. love sisters coffee house

Coffee is weak with little flavor. I ordered a quad shot americano with no room for cream. The drink was very weak. In fact it tasted like dirty water. On a positive note the service was fast and friendly for the most part. In my opinion people come here for the open and warm lodge atmosphere. Coffee I give a 2 the atmosphere is a 5.
