Elderly man that works there belittled me today for ordering apple juice. He said "havent you heard of covid?" I asked him what has that got to do with your menu being incorrect. The menu board says they have bagels, oj, applejuice and other things. He said "because of covid kids aren't coming in". Told him I like oj and apple juice. He kept saying "we are a coffee shop". Maybe since they are a coffee shop they need to update the menu board to eliminate anything that isn't coffee. He yelled at me to go away. Think he needs a day off.🙄

Such a friendly, and welcoming coffee shop. Was greeted right when I walked in and they took my order right away. Will defiantly be coming here more often!

Gear Up offers a good atmosphere but I have been noticing that more and more often their baked goods are from Coscto. I understand the temptation and convenience of going this route but for local coffee shops to compete with star bucks, they have to do what the chains can't... use their own recipes and deliver a unique flavor.

I enjoy having coffe and goodies from Gear up, but when Summer is working she over charges people for thing. I have been in there to get the same breakfast sandwich several time and only charged 4.50, but when she is working she charges 5.00 for it I asked why she told me that she had to charge .50 for a slice of tomato. I looked at the menu again and there is nothing that states there is a .50 charge for vegs. No one else that works that charges that. I do not let her make my coffee at all she always messes it up and tast horable with no flavor.
