Dough Dough Bakery

We were very happy with the delicious quality of vegan baked goods here as well as the yummy biscuit style Olees. I saw a lot of unique flavors I would like to sample on another visit such as chocolate tahini rolls and savory biscuits.

Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming bakery. The pastry selection was large, and despite showing up close to noon they had plenty of variety left. The bread used in the pastries was fantastic. Their olees are really good, and you can taste the quality ingredients they use in the jams. Their cinnamon rolls were different with a focus on the cream cheese frosting and nut paste instead of being super sweet. Good stuff.

We were pleasantly surprised: Pumpkin, Berry Scones, Chocolate Cinnamon all use fine ingredients, have good textures.and not too sweet.

My family decided to stop in due to the great reviews online. I'm happy to say the food was very good.
Our daughters got Cinnamon Rolls that were amazing.
The olee's (biscuit type dessert with filling inside) were delicious. They were served cold which actually surprised me and my wife as the filling was firm but the flavor soon overtook this apprehension.

Overall my children asked to make Dough Dough a seaside tradition and I have to agree.

PS. I asked if they had orange juice (was not on the menu) dude straight up grabbed oranges and pressed me some fresh orange juice. Hands down best glass of orange juice I've had in a long time.

We ran into Dough Dough quickly for an almond or chocolate croissant. The guy at the counter said they didn’t have any but that they had a chocolate tahini roll that would be comparable. It was literally the best pastry I have had in a long time! Soft where it needed to be soft. Airy and flaky. And then crisp in the edges. It was UNREAL! We also got vegan pumpkin bread and it was delightful. The perfect pit stop while trying to help our three sons decide what toy to buy because that’s exactly what we want to be doing right now. 😂🙄😘

As always fabulous pastries!! They have savory and sweet ones to fit everyone's needs. They also have gluten free pastries. Alex knows what she is doing when it comes to pastries!! When we come into town we always stop here now, and everything we've tried has been delicious! We haven't ran into one we didn't care for. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into their pastries. The drip coffee and teas are also wonderful and from local sources as well.

An exceptional bakery. The moment you walk in you are hit with a sweet and bready smell of a real deal bakery. The pastries have a flaky and crispy crust that only a small batch oven can produce. And mmmh the pastries deliver, we had the scones and olees and they are divine. We took some olees home and heated them up the next day and they were still just as good. If you have the pleasure of stepping into this bakery take some olees home and continue that vacation feeling once your home.

I love the fact that Dough Dough uses Italian wheat & real grass-fed butter in all their delectable pastries. The quality of ingredients is tangible in the flavors, digestibility, and the "food high" I get after eating them. No, this is not a sugar rush - these pastries are not overly sweet. This is a genuine feeling of nourishment from eating good quality food. My favorite of the sweets is the Marionberry Scone. And my favorite savory is the Bacon & Brie Croissant. The cheddar onion biscuits are also delish! The vibe inside is chill with beautiful local art & comfy seating. It's great place to hang out midday and get a pour-over or tea with your pastry.
